Pros +
- The breakfast is very good, but the men directing it is very bossy
- Pool is nice, although it could be warmer. Sauna was great. The bar with pool game is very attractive
- The restaurant was exceptional, with a very varied breakfast and dinner menu. The bar had great entertainment shows. Our room had a spectacular view towards the city. The beds were very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. Very nice touch (pun intended :) ) with the protective sleeve for the TV remote. The outside pool area was nice. There was also an indoors pool which looked very well, but we didn't get a chance to try it.We appreciated the warm welcome we received and the surprise gift in our room. There is a private parking area up the hill, behind the hotel, next to the entrance for the outside pool. There is also the option of paid indoors parking. The location of the hotel is very nice if you're traveling by car, with spectacular views of the surrounding area.
Cons -
- This was my 3rd visit to this hotel, they used to have a 5pm snack and tea time that was VERY nice, but NO more. This time the first room vi got had No air conditioning, then we were moved to another room but it barely worked there to , and the WiFi is not good in the evening So in my opinion this hotel is not what it used to be
- Dinner was ok, I expected better: little choice of fresh bread, lots of dressing on main dishes, desserts kind of heavy and too sweet (not an Italian authentic style, but probably this is done on purpose to meet the expectations of German guests)
- The bathroom was ok, but it could use a refresh with some renovations. There was no net at the balcony door to prevent insects from entering, so you couldn't really keep the door open in the evening. We would have liked to listen to the live music from the terrace.

Nice room and good services wjth spa, garden pool.
My ratings are based on experiences during previous stays in Italy, ranging from very cheap to quite exclusive, and I try to give as objective a review as possible. A good hotel. Correct. Polite. Neat. BREAKFAST: OK (certainly the lady at the stove who clearly enjoys life). We only found it a bit strange that it was always a hassle to get a table assigned. FITNESS: Quite bare. A water fountain should be possible. But especially to provide extra ventilation. ROOM: I had a 1-person room with a single bed. My children a 2-person room. In my room the TV was completely in the corner. So from bed you watched TV at an angle of 45°. Not so comfy. In the end, the little time that I watched TV, I did via my tablet or notebook. WIFI: good PARKING: for an additional fee you have underground parking. There is also a charging station (2 cars) but the places were always taken by non-electric cars. LOCATION: Nago-Torbole. In itself ok. Quiet and away from the busier downtown. Perfect for people who go from there into the mountains to cycle or walk. To go to Lake Garda itself, you best take the car. By bike is possible. On the way there ... downhill. On the way back ... steeply uphill ;p
Location, breakfast and wine
The hotel is already a bit occupied, the outdoor pool was dirty. The bed was good, the shower very small. The breakfast was good, but the dinner was very poor, the food was undercooked, burnt. The staff was nice and friendly.
Very helpful and friendly staff, clean and nice rooms, excellent breakfast
I found the propriety on booking and got impressed by the view and places around. It had a very nice nice bar and very good breakfast, with many options and quality products. The private parking is also a big plus, even if it is extra payment.
There were a few issues with the room which made our stay a bit unpleasant. 1. No internet. I know you don’t necessarily go on vacation to stay on the internet, but you do need it for various purposes, especially if you are working. There is technically a free WiFi connection, but which doesn’t work. You would expect that in 2024, at a 4 star hotel, to have great high speed internet, we didn’t have any. I had to make hotspot from my phone and being on roaming it will cost me nicely. But I had to do it because of my job and that really was an inconvenience. 2. The beds. The beds were really hard and uncomfortable. We asked at the reception if they can help us and they did put an extra blanket which made the bed a bit better. But for the money the hotel asks and for a presumed 4 star hotel, you would expect 4 star conditions. 3. The bathroom. It was quite old and the shower unpractical. It all worked, sure. But again, if you are claiming it’s a 4 star hotel, you would have a different expectation.
- Good looking and comfortable - Delicious and very diverse breakfast - Extremely kind and helpful staff- The external pool is amazing
Great location superb staff and lovely facilities will return soon.
The staff was really friendly. Breakfast was very good.
The hotel need a renovation. The 4 stars standards were not fulfilled.

Position is great. Food is amazing, lovely staff. The pool in the olive e Grove is stunning.
The hotel was excellent for a honeymoon, quiet, relaxing and clean. Rooms were a nice size. All staff were very helpful. Food at breakfast buffet and evening restaurant was amazing!
It didn't bother us but the location for anyone with young children or elderly maybe difficult as it is a 30 minute uphill walk from Torbole. Public buses are available but do not run in evening and can be unpredictable
Location
I had the worst experience in this hotel. At first, when I received the room key, I found the bed sheet dirty, and the balcony full of spider webs, and the air conditioner was very hot. When I told them my complaint, they proceeded with it, except for the air conditioner. They brought me a fan instead of the damaged air conditioner, which emits hot air. The next night, I went to tell them about my complaint that the air conditioner was not working. One of the reception staff, and I think that he is the manager came with me to the room to look at the air conditioner, and when I started telling him that I was uncomfortable and that I could not sleep and explain to him my condition in the hotel, he started yelling at me inside my room, asking me to stop talking ! Then he came out of the room and slammed the door until I felt scared, and then the room was changed, but after what, after the bad stay that I had, or the morals of the employee who shouted at me! لا احد يفكر يسكن فيه سيئ من ناحيه النظافه الحيد فيه انه قريب من قرى قاردا
A very good hotel on the shore of lake Garda. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is beautiful, the pool area is one of the best I have seen in my years of travelling. Breakfast is very good, vast choice of warm food and desserts. Parking included in the price, just know that it is only an outdoor one, located behind the hotel but reachable easily. Underground parking is also available but for that you have to pay additionally at the reception.
Location, albeit in a beautiful area, but yes, the mountain. If you have decided to reach everything on foot, then know that the ascend from the beach by the lake to the hotel is around 95m.I missed having a choice of fresh vegetables during breakfast. The only option available were cherry tomatoes. No bell peppers, no cucumbers, no greens. Some were available but they were meant for the juicer.Open air parking only. I had understood that both, the underground one and the open air parking is included in the price. A minor detail, but still.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The hotel is beautiful.
I expected the indoor pool to be heated and warm. The indoor pool and the jacuzzi were cold. Did not like that.
The staff were all very professional and so kind and helpful! Happy to accompany request. The breakfast buffet is top notch. A big variety of options for every dietary need and even a made to order omelets if you wanted, which is rare in Europe. We would totally come back!
The bathrooms our room was super dated and not convenient. No where to store you makeup bags or hang other things up. Reminded us of a cruise ship bathroom because the shower was tiny. Not for bigger people at all. If this was improved, this hotel is a perfect get away.
Clean, cozy, very proffesional and friendly staff.Calm neighbourhood. Good sauna and pool.
Absolutelly nothing!
Excellent rooms, very comfrotable, great breakfast
