The hotel receptionist was very kind, gave us great tips for trips, and made sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Excellent attention to detail and a fantastic breakfast. Highly recommended

Great location and breakfast. Very clean.

Admitted we were not the target audience (2 friends, not a couple). The room did not match the pictures on booking. There was no private pool, as described in booking. If the booking description and pictures was accurate we would not have chosen this property. Also, in the early fall the property is not allowed to turn on the heat and we were cold.

Would def return.Terrific property and staff and food and location. Room a bit small and had no comfortable chair but it did have a balcony overlooking the lake so who's complaining !

The breakfast was very nice, the room was exceptional and the view was fantastic. The evening dining room could use a better menu, there was very little to choose from that we. liked.

We had a 4th floor room with supposably lake view, but in order to have an actual view we had to stand on a chair!Otherwise stay was perfect. Highly recommended.

Convenient, comfortable and clean.

First of all, the location is perfect with an ideal view. The hotel is clean and new, the furniture is new and comfortable. There is an elevator, breakfast is included, and the staff service is all excellent and very pleasant.

I didn’t like that parking was not available, and when it was, it was far from the hotel. There was no drinking water provided in the room. Also, the breakfast menu was very limited and could use more variety.

A little expensive for what it is. Only offer rate that includes breakfast even though I never eat it.

It’s our 2nd time in the hotel and it was amazing. We booked private spa which was extremely nice. The rooms were clean as always and the staff was as helpful as possible.

Such a lovely hotel, shame the restaurant wasn’t open as would’ve been nice to try, however the staff were so friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Everything was perfect,The reception staff have always been informative, helpful and assistive at all times. The room were fantastic with a great view & the breakfast amazing.Overall if I do get a chance to visit Lake Garda I'll definetly book this place again.Thank you

Perfect location and food in the restaurant. Got a room with lake view, terrace and jacuzzi.

Parking is around 500 m away from hotel. However it was nice to get a Christmas discount of 50% for the parking :)Breakfast place is relatively cold in winter time.

Friendly staff, great buffet breakfast, quiet town, incredible views!

The bed was a bit hard but we still slept very well.

Excelent hotel, by the lake. The view from our room was exceptional. We had a free upgrade so we also used the jacuzzi on the terrace, even though it was really cold outside ?The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Quiet and great location with view to the lake. The rooms are clean and food is good quality.

The view from our balcony over the lake was absolutely stunning! Although the room was located on the main road coming into town the room was well soundproofed and there was very minimal traffic after dinner. The breakfast provided was fantastic, the best breakfast we had experienced.

Nothing for the property. Only to note that the spa prices were quite expensive.
