Pros +

Great communication from staff, we arrive late at night and were greated by a very nice staff member who showed us to our room and was very nice! They also booked a shuttle to the airport for 3:45 AM and they were right on time! Very nice place!
Manager was great in helping in all aspects.

Cons -

Need to change the beds. To hard. Good for my back but for most guests a common issue.
