It was close to the airport. Also the breakfast was very nice . The staff were cordial.

They say they have a shuttle service, well don¿t think of it as a shuttle service in the states. They only run certain hours, you have reserve a time and pay for it. Totally opposite from the US.

The breakfast staff member was friendly, professional, and made us a delicious breakfast.

First they advertise complimentary breakfast and its not the. The cleaning ladies were yelling outside our room and to top it off they were doing construction work right above our room! In the morning! That how I woke up with that noise.

Location and a nice breakfast. My confirmation said free breakfast, they wanted me to pay for it. I showed the confirmation and after five minutes they relented. I asked twice for a wake up call. Very impt for an early flight, I never got one.

The desk clerk was rude to me. Said I should pay for breakfast because I got a good rate for the hotel. same guy that didn't put in my wake up call. I would have missed my flight had I not woken up on my own.

no promised shuttle when I needed one. They arranged a taxi for 25 euros for a 3 minute ride. I felt ripped off but too tired to resist. I think they are in cahoots with the taxi company. Also, noisy room right on the busy highway.

Proximity to Marco Polo airport in Venice...great! Only five minutes from door to door.

Our room was on the highway, so traffic noise was a problem. In addition, the walls between rooms are paper-thin, causing noise to travel from room to room.

It was not in a great area but was close to the airport. Everything was done on a shoestring but somehow it worked. We would not stay there other than for one night before a flight. I would recommend because of being close to the airport.

Ask for a room in the back. Our front location was very noisy with street noise.

Friendly staff in a hotel that offers clean, comfortable room with spacious bathroom at a reasonable price. Several small places to eat nearby and great breakfast buffet available in morning before your free airport shuttle!

My only complaint was the temperature in the room could not be controlled or maintained. We kept opening the window! Staff was not able to fix issue.

Ideal location close to the airport with a bus that runs directly to Venice for Less than 2Euro.
