Very friendly staff and perfect location! An excellent restaurant and view is amazing!
Only remark is that mattress was really stiff, but probably the taste depanding.
The hotel is on the hill, the room is very big, quiet and beautiful with a balcony with a stunning view, staff are nice, the breakfast is good but you need to go earlier. The restaurant served good foods, but a bit slow. Free parking.
30mins from two pretty cities in La Spezia and Manarola (cinque terre) Hotel is beautiful and very spacious
For breakfast we were given what to eat rather than any kind of menu or choiceBut it was still ok
Extremely generous breakfast, friendly personnel, coffee maker in the room, clean.
Too long waiting time at the reception, it felt like the staff was not yet at full speed to accommodate guests. And computer screen with all guest information, emails etc. should be locked while reception is unattended.
I expected bwtter facilities as the cost was high
