Helpful staff and nice breakfast.

Cleanliness, location and excellent breakfast

Room size, bed, shower, breakfast

Nice location , very good Breakfast !!

Water was not enough warm and Water flow is weak during shower From 6:00 am very laud

The location was great for the train station to get to Messe Deutz for Gamescom. Simple walk and quick train ride. Check out was simple.

On arrival I had to call a number. I feel bad that I couldn't speak German but was a shame there was no English speaker available to help. Ended up with someone shouting angry German down the phone to me at 12.30am while I was trying to work out how to get in.Very warm room with a tiny fan that felt like an ant was gently breathing on me.And... at 225EUR, it was massively over priced!

Friendly staff, exellent breakfast. Room basic but ideal for a football trip.

Location was good and the breakfast was good

The shower was difficult to enter and exit, no fan in the bathroom so after a shower the whole room became very warm

Very comfortable, clean and modern room. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing I didn't like.

Warm welcome on arrival and secure underground parking at the rear of the hotel.Spacious and comfortable room.Good selection of food for breakfast.Excellent service throughout our stay at the hotel.

Easy to get to from Cologne airport. Only a few minutes walk from the train station and supermarket.

Very homey feeling on arrival, staff instantly looked after all our needs. Very nice rooms with super comfortable seats. Any store or restaurant you need is close by and it's very quiet

There is the possibility of using parking. The breakfast was OK. Location is perfect: it is in the city center.

Nice location , clean spacious room

Missed the kettle with tea and coffee in the room.Air-con would of been helpful ,as it was so hot in the room.

Very nice hotel, right in the centre of town, walking distance from train station. Old building but everything very clean and well cared for. Staff friendly and discreet. Enjoyed the breakfast in the ground-floor dining room. Excellent stay and I very much reccomend.

We really liked the bed... was so comfortable and being a fidget I usually wake her up but not on their bed... was great! Location was fantastic, couldn't be more central and really close to public transport with great cafe's and bars all around.

If I had to pick something it would be no room safe and no in-room fridge.....would have been a nice touch but no deal-breaker.

I liked the location, the room size and the cleaning

Pleasant

Pigeons 1 meter out of our window. There 'used to be' some sort of spikes to prevent pigeons from sitting there, but they are broken.

friendly staf, very good lokation, Cleanliness is good, rooms are Comfortabel, prise is good

big room for familie is Comfortabel, cleanliness is good, staf are very friendly

Too expensive for what you get

Firstly, I would like to address the check-in time. The reservation indicated that check-in was possible from 3:00 PM onwards. Unfortunately, I was surprised to find out that check-in was only available at 5:00 PM. During the period between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM, there was no hotel staff present, which was inconvenient and unexpected.Furthermore, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms. In one of the rooms, I noticed hair on the bathroom floor, which did not meet the expected cleanliness standards. As a guest, I expect the rooms to be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the arrival of guests.I would also like to express my dissatisfaction with the value for the price paid. In my opinion, the price I paid for my stay was significantly high compared to the quality of services received. Considering the condition of the rooms and the lack of amenities, a more reasonable and fair price would have been appropriate for what I received.Lastly, I would like to mention the breakfast, which was underwhelming and did not offer anything special. I expected a greater variety and quality of food options. I believe that the quality and selection of the breakfast could be improved to better satisfy guests.
