ibis Styles Cologne Airport Troisdorf

Good breakfast

Extremely hot, when we reserved the room we asked for air conditioning but we were told no rooms were available.

Ok

Wi-Fi was very weak in my room and when I reported that I was offered to work in the meeting rooms which wasn’t at all my plan,

Comfortable stay so that we could see the carnival in Cologne.

A bit more coffee/tea/sugar/milk in the room would have been nice.

Super comfortable and great beds

The 11 Euro per day parking fee. The parking lot is large enough with enough empty spots to lower that fee or include it in the room price. It is a hotel that is mainly accesible by car as it is adjacent to the autobahn and there is not much free street parking close nearby. The opening hours of the restaurant could also be more clear but there are easy and good delivery options from businesses closeby.

Breakfast staff. Very rude and shut down before closure time and denied food to me inspite of paying for it. Very disappointed and felt discriminated

Breakfast staff. Checkin counter staff were amazing and helpful.

Room was spacious and clean

Breakfast very limited options for veg. could have few more options like crossiants etc.again parking was within the hotel campus, not sure why 11 Euro is charged separately again for each Car.

Very clean, comfortable and convenient. The staff was very sweet and helpful

The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant

Very comfortable and convenient

The price kept fluctuating , very little option in the breakfast and no restaurants in the hotel or around it

Friendly staff, comfy bed. Convenient to reach from the airport.

All good, but there was no bottle opener in the room, which was certainly missing.

Comfortable

Found multiple hairs in one bed. Replacement room bed also had hair. The night staff person was great but the person in the morning was not gracious. However, a small token of compensation was offered.

Very clean, big room very much space and good light. Staff 24/24 available and ready to help. Lovely people and rooms!

Insects in the corners of the room and bathroom.

Good

The night I arrived on the 20/9 a lady was at the reception I suggest if she can smile to Clients and be more welcoming.

Not good not bad

It's ridiculous to charge 11 EUR per day for parking outside the city. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, there is a lot of noise when we open the window.

Location,price was good

The rooms were very dusty, it was stuffy because there was no air conditioning, the pillows were very bad and smelled. It is not a hotel I would choose again.

Price /Location.

sink was outside of bathroom and there is no refrigerator

the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was a bit ugly, but for what we needed after such a long journey it was wonderful. the staff was a 10. I would come back here!

The bathroom

The room was very clean, nicely equipped, spacious and light. We were very satisfied with it. We liked the surroundings as well, we have a small child, and it was quite nice that there is a playground for children 10 mins walk from the hotel.

The pillows were too soft. There could have been a selection of a more stiff pillow(s), There might have been a possibility to ask at the reception desk for a stiffer one, but we arrived late, so I doubt anyone would have found a stiffer pillow at 2AM.

It was cheap

Very poor, staff very unhelpful, room never cleaned, for 5 nights and tea cups never changed very poor, and hotel in need of a serious make over

Close to Köln-Bonn airport and very cheap for a room

The pillows provided were incredibly large and personally I wasn't a massive fan of them.

Would never recommend. Super disappointed.

An absolute horrible experience. Kids were running about the lobby early in the morning around 5am with their iPads playing at full volume, and when I complained to reception, all I got was, "Yes, we know there is a group of children staying but we can't do anything."
