Coffee Fellows Hotel Siegburg West

Shower was fabulous. Room was very clean. Checking in staff member was very polite and informative. Perfect place for an overnight stay when travelling.

Could have maybe had a kettle and tea/coffee facilities.

The breakfast was the best I’ve experienced when travelling. The meal I had in service station was beautifully presented As good as a classy restaurant.

The only improvement would be teamaking facilities in the room.

I was in town to visit family and friends and needed a central location for a few days.Serways had the best deal for a hotel and it turned out to be an excellent pick:Rooms are modern and the location is very convenient with access to the A3 motorway.I asked for a quiet room facing towards the city and the staff delivered and I had an excellent sleep there during my time. Will come back next time I am in town for sure.

For the price the the breakfast was very good. Room very quiet although right near the motorway, spotlessly clean ànd. comfy bed.

It was difficult to know how to book in when we arrived at 3pm.

Very weird WiFi - working in the bathroom, not in my room.

The reception is in the gas station, ca 200 meters from the hotel. Not a big issue but not practical. The check in a bit confusing ,they couldn’t see my reservation.Restaurant (fast food) closes at 9.00 pm; didn’t expect that early for a motorway-restaurant. Food was good though; large portions.

we reached at around 10 pm and had to walk to the nearby gas station and stand in a long queue to get keys. The rooms are very basic

Hotel was nice but it said there was an electric charging station but it was only a charger by the gas station and you could only use it for 1h. We choose this hotel to be able to charge all night.

Everything was good. Very convenient hotel for on the way to Frankfurt. Close to the highway, but not noisy. The room was clean. I could check in at the petrol station next to the hotel in the middle of the night.

Very practical all, easy location directly at the highway A3 when on a huge driving trip. Nevertheless, the distance to dowmtown is very short.

Excellent hotel great location when travelling from UK to Austria. Great value for money too. We’ve stayed here before and will definitely stay again

The room were comfortable

The reception close early so you need go to the gasoline station, and the employee will help you. In middle of the highway and there are crazy amount of trucks parking there all the time. It is almost impossible to find the hotel and drive there.

Terrible

No reception staff staff at services were rude there weee some creepy crawlers in the bed clothes the sheets felt damp we left very early about 5.30 as so poor.

The room was comfy and clean, perfect for a quick break during a long drive across Europe. I arrived late, like 2 am and the staff near to the hotel at the petrol station were incredibly helpful and professional. Keep up the good work! Thank you!

It was very clean. Comfortable. Nice room.

It was very noisy of the road traffic and airplane . I was not expected. 2 men was talking at midnight under our window.
