The staff was nice and helpful

This is not a 4 star Hotel. No AC, Furniture which looks 20 years old, a mini fridge which is usually used in campers and not apartments.

I liked nothing about the property!

The room was very small, the carpet was dirty, the furniture in the room was dirty, they would not give housekeeping! I had to go to the front desk and ask for bath towels and they would not change the sheets on the bed. They were loud and charge way more than what those rooms are worth and will not give you a refund. I will never go back there! Descusting ! I will never recommend anyone to go there! The restaurant has okay breakfast.

Very friendly staff and very accommodating! Rooms are spacious and clean.

Bath towels are very thin and could use a few more towels.

Comfy bed, good location for travellers.

Breakfast overpriced, hotel is a little dated and feels like an office building.

Plenty of room; excellent elevator, good parking.

The lack of air conditioning but I knew this from a prior visit. Having to drive around hotel to exit

The room is big and clean. Location is close to highway, grocery store is nearby, good place to take a stop during road trip. Overall it wasn't so bad except for some nuances.

The door to the shower cabin opened with difficulty. I'm a small person and could barely squeeze through it, for men it would be very uncomfortable. Disposable hygien kit and body lotion were already used.The breakfast was poor, no variety of food. What we got isn't worth €14 per person. May be it's because the hotel was not crowded and in high season it's much better but I can't explain why coffee had only slight aroma but not taste nor colour.

Location of the hotel and friendliness of the staff, especially during breakfast, which was also delicious.

Rooms were outdated with dirty carpets. That is not a 4 stars hotel.

Smooth check in and friendly staff at the desk

Very outdated rooms. Elevator didn’t work and got room on top floor although hotel was almost empty.The breakfast for €14 was very average.

Breakfast was amazing and the location was good. Being able to park on the premises was very good.The room was large and very nice and comfortable. Being able to get a drink at the bar was a bonus. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

A very picky one but a mirror above the dressing table would have been nice to do my makeup.

Big rooms. Friendly staff and very accommodating. We asked for a hot pot and a fan ( no a/c ) and extra pillows and they provided right away.

No coffee in rooms. Towels are worn and thin. Door had an issue with closing, had to slam it closed.

Excellent option for a roadtrip stop. Very well positioned near motorway. Very clean and comfortable although is not modern. We stayed in a triple room and everything was working properly.

Restaurant was not working

But no facility in the room! the bathroom is terrible

Spacious clean rooms and staff is fantastic.

Unfortunately there was no coffee maker in the room and the traffic is very loud which kept me awake at times

A return stay on way back from Bavaria , excellent location from autobahn friendly staff, restaurant food basic but good

We stayed on 2nd floor , rooms weren’t as nice as 1st floor . Shower had a high step into my dad couldn’t get in / out. room more dated road mouse was louder for some reason ?

Near to autobahn excellent stopover to Bavaria . staff friendly, lots parking , good breakfast and evening meal

Shower very slow , small menu for dinner

Not flexible on check in / check out dates they will charge you fully and not refund if you check out early.

Clean and comfortable bed ?

The fridge was totaly empty, and no room service to ask some drink.

The restaurant was very nice and the food was super.

There are people stood outside the hotel smoking and talking into the early hours and again very early in the morning. Our room was above the entrance and we only got a few hours sleep. And the smoke drifted up into the room. Not a pleasant stay.
