Extremely noisy with thin walls without any insulation and thin doors that make it feel like you're in a corridor

The hotel was really clean, the staff was really amazing and attentive. I particularly liked that they spoke English,which was a really good thing for me since I speak really little Italian. The rooms were cozy and clean. The breakfast was good. The site of the hotel is quiet. I honestly don't have anything bad to say about the hotel or the staff. Everything was perfect.

A very decent and very clean hotel the place is very quiet with a super market at 5 minutes.The staff very polite, the room really good with a mini bar and a very comfortable bed.The breakfast costs 5 euros per person, it has the basic things to eat and for the price I think it is OK.There is a big parking space.I would come back again.

Rooms are spacious, clean and airconditioned. Appreciated the size of the desk in the room and good WiFi. Although located alongside a busy road: quiet rooms. Reasonably priced, but in line what is offered

No atmosphere, nor in the hotel and its surroundings. No restaurant in hotel nor in walking distance for dinner. Coffee at breakfast, especially respecting Italian standards: HORRIBLE !!! No coffee/tea maker in the room. Spent 3 days and no replenishment of bottled water; only at arrival 1 small bottle. Almost broke my teeth on the bread offered at breakfast, but what can you expect for €5 euros ? Croissants /Cornetto's where fresh and tasty.

The hotel is very new and located in a very beautiful spot in the country side of Modena. The room was nice but they have a big problem with the plumbing. The room smelled very bad and it was impossible to stay in the toilet because of the bad smell. We took the 3 beds room which was very nice for our needs for a quick night stay. BF was very nice with coffee, cornetto, cheese and salumi.

Property was clean, affordable, provided essentials, and was air conditioned.

The walls were thin so you can hear noises from the hall easily. The water has a strange metallic smell

The receptionist was nice and friendly

No staff is present in the facility during the night and there is no way to call anyone in case of need from the room. From 1am to 3am there was constant noise of people screaming and running in the corridor. When calling the emergency number that was placed in the reception(it was not possible to contact any staff from the room) they said that they couldn’t do anything and to deal wi the it ourselves. Also the walls and doors are too thin it feels like sleeping in a leaving room (if you can manage to sleep). On booking is placed as a 4 start, I’d hardly consider it a 2 star place. Avoid it if you can

My plane was late and I arrived after 11pm, I got a call to find out where I was, after I told him I would be late, he offered to wait for me. I hadn't eaten anything up to that point, so Matteo from reception called the nearest restaurant which kept it open just for me, As soon as I arrived at the hotel, Matteo was outside waiting for me, he gave me the room keys, took my suitcase and brought it to my room so I could go and eat something.Super service, Matteo a legend.

Pillows, too soft and flat.

The staff was nice.

It seems like is in the middle of nowhere. I could hear everything on the hallway. I could also see a cable hanging out with no protection.
