Very close to Carpi, great location if you are there for business. Breakfast is awesome, rooms are big enough and it is clean

Hotel location was great for the purpose of my visit. The greeting i received by Alessandro was fantastic, he could not do enough for me, that is also true of the other members of staff i met. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfy. the shower was fantastic and secure parking on site was also very good. I cannot comment on the breakfast as i didnt take it but if the rest of the hotel is anything to go by, this would also have been fantastic

Nothing to dislike. one comment could be that there isnt a restaurant, but it is not an issue at all, Alessandro has a sheet prepared with local restaurants as well as their opening days. I cannot find anything to dislike about this place so im using this section to once again say how great the hotel is.

Great and friendly staff. Invoice issued right away. Delicious and fresh breakfast - nothing from the heater. rooms stylish, comfortable.

The staff was very nice, the room was clean, the breakfast was perfect, and the electric car charging was a huge plus!

Loved the range of food for breakfast and of course, the staff were exceptional, being both very friendly and helpful. They are also multilingual which helped me a lot! The rooms are very comfortable. The evening meals that I had were excellent. Good home cooking, with some nice wines to accompany them. I recommend booking a meal on a Monday evening as the local area restaurants close on this night. The hotel also has an arrangement with a local restaurant (1.6 km away) within San Prospero which if you present the hotel room card you get a 10% discount on the meal. I would also recommend this! Alessandro and his mother make a wonderful team and will make your stay most enjoyable and are very accommodating. They are happy to arrange taxis and restaurant bookings for you as well.

There was NO Cons during my stay. The staff was really polite and very welcoming. English was spoken very well at the receptionist desk. The hotel is very old fashion and something you don’t really see much of. I enjoyed my stay!
