Hotel Restaurant Putzer

The hardest bed I've ever tried to sleep on. Wooden bed frame cracked upon every movement from spouse... Rooms need an urgent renovation and don't compare to the modern restaurant and facilities downstairs.

We had a one night stay on the way back from vacation. The staff was very helpful. We had dinner at the restaurant and food was great. They make their own beer which was quite tasty. Breakfast was good, the beds were comfy, our room was good and there was enough place to part.

Property was great. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Parking was convenient. Property was just on the road and easily accessible. Check in was quick and staffs were good.

some staff was very friendly, some of them didn't care at all, but still handled everything ok. Rooms are very nicely clean

Room 10 was very noisy - some loud noises coming from everywhere - like it's above a bowling room or just next to kitchen where chef is constantly making schnitzels.

Clean and cosy. Staff was very helpful and nice. They speak fluent English, so everything is super easy to solve. When we arrived they had live concert of an Austrian band covering American and British poprock, excellent choice and let’s not forget they have a brewery so one can pick from their beers. I will come here again.

Might get a little loud in the late evening as its a brewery - people are drinking outside and do not control their shouting. Nothing crazy though and it was no problem to fall asleep.

Good place to stay . Big parking . Cosy rooms . Good breakfast , Excellent brewery with craft beer and fantastic pizzeria and restaurant . High qulaity with italian charming for very reasonable prices .

The staff is super friendly, we came with an EV and the very very nice lady from the hotel helped me to find a charging station & went together with me to pick me up and drive me back to the hotel! SUPER SERVICE!!The hotel is very sweet, nice, clean, top restaurant, overall we were very happy with our stay, although we only stayed overnight for a stop before going deeper into the dolomites. We can only recommend this hotel!

Very noisy as our windows overlooked the main road, we were placed in a room for 4 (with 2 additional beds) instead of our booking for 2 people.

The hotel is perfectly located next to a road, leading into the heart of the Dolomites. It is close to the highway and so easy to reach. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Food and beer is AMAZING!

Very noisy. Because of no aircon, we want to open the door for some air, but the smoke and noise from outside made it impossible….

Staff, the restaurant, the comfort of the room.The pizza at the restaurant is a must of you stay here (or even if not).We stayed here to reach the starting point of our hike next day morning in Niedervintl. Everything worked out perfect. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. Amazing staff and very good restaurant. We also had a room not on the side where the Main Street is, which made it a nice and quiet stay.

Practical hotel if you travel by car.The restaurant was good and the staff was friendly.

We had a roadside room - as soon as cars start driving, we could hear them through the windows. People also had beer until late in the evening which we could hear.I could not sleep until 2am and was waken up at 7am by a fire alarm - we dressed up and hurried down stairs to be met by a staff member smiling and telling us we could have breakfast now that we were awake.

We were staying for one night. Very convenient location for travelers, near the road. The room is clean and cozy. In the evening you can have dinner in the restaurant. The highlight of the establishment is the presence of its own brewery.

nice rooms, good view, very friendly. the beer is delicious and the restaurant serves tasty food.

the location offers no real possibility to take a walk or go for a quick jogging tour. Also offers for children are very limited.

Initial renovation efforts are promising better times ahead

The hotel doesn’t live up to the restaurant’s ambition. Our room was pretty old. Given that it’s mainly a restaurant and only hotel on the side, one could expect a better breakfast experience. The place is run in a kind of gross way. It feels like the staff doesn’t care. But they were making noise on their personnel terrace below our window until midnight. I‘m rarely complaining here and we didn’t expect much, but were still disappointed.
