Very simple room, no drinking glass, only soap, shampoo and towels.Toilet and shower is in same compartment, so toilet will get wet when you shower. Breakfast you get 1 coffee, 1 croissant of choice 1 glass of orange juice and 1 glass of water.Heating in room worked well and water pressure of shower was good.

We were traveling for longer distance and all we wanted was a place to sleep during a night. Based on that expectation this accommodation has fulfilled all our needs. If you are looking for cheap, but still clean place for sleep you will be on the right place. I was aware that there are "Italian" breakfast (croissant and coffee only) hence we have enjoyed it. It is very close to Palmanova fortress city, which is nice place to visit.

Relatively cheap. Private bathroom. At Alpe-Adria trail. Simple breakfast (coffee, croissant) included.

Weak WiFi. Unpleasant smell.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but it wasn’t quiet at all. Not because of the cars but because of hum from the outside probably from the ac, but it was awful. Also the bathroom was too small the the toilette was IN the shower?? I would accept that for a LOWER price but that expensive?? Excuse me? No, I am not exaggerating. The only good thing about it was the breakfast. Really, a lot of croissants to choose from, ham, cheese, bread, juice, tea or coffee, that was awesome! And that waiter was really nice. But the rest for that money - no.

The bathroom and toilette, hum from the outside (sensitive people won’t sleep here with opened window and without getting bited from mosquitos)

We wanted to sleep over somewhere near palmanova outlet village. It was very close and convenient for one night stay.

Breakfast could be better.

The HOtel has a private parking. It is close to the motorway. The Air conditioning was working. That's all.

The restaurant is closed during the weekend, the rooms a poorly furnished (no frige, no glass for toohwashing), the wifi was not arriving to that room, and anyway no informaitob how to connect

Cheap but with everything, the room was clean. Even if it’s on the street, it was quiet.

During our breakfast, we found a hair in the croissant.

The strategic location which is close to the exit highway. There is supermarket nearby.

kind staff, I encountered a problem with the room, but they were very kind and solved the problem. breakfast consists of 1 croissant and 1 coffee+water+juice. for a person who doesn't eat in the morning, it's ok.

the room was very noisy, the bed not very comfortable...you could feel the springs in the mattress. it was better if there was a mini-fridge in the room, especially in the hot season

Breakfast was ok (croisants and cappuccino). Location is very good, just off the highway, close to outlet village and Aquileia. There is a private parking.

Very good restaurant is working until late evening (thanks), nice personal, clean room.

Simple and basic, but that’s was what we were looking for at the time of our stay. Good to sleep for a night and move on.

The localisation very close to the highway and with the parking place. Simple, clean, with good wi-fi and in good price place for the short stay.

Friendly stuff. Polite and kind.All area and rooms are very clean, no bad smells. Free parking is right in front. Animals are allowed which is great, I was traveling with my cat.

Wifi was not working. After asking to resolve problem, staff told me they don't know how. Furnitures are quite old and shabby.

Location not in spectacular place - near road, but good and easy to come by car, no problems with parking. Good sound insulation - no problems with noise from street. Very friendly personal. We got much more better experience, than I expected, when booked this hotel.
