We really enjoyed our stay. The facilities are lovely and modern. Next time I hope to take more advantage of their services. Great hiking nearby.

The location, friendly staff, very touching welcome for dogs, the spa area as well as the Massages and the awesome breakfast! We even could extend our trip and got a wonderful new big room for a very good price offering.

Waited 35 min for check in with wife and 2 kids.Smell in the room was unbearable.Ski storage in another building.Small parking space....

Delicious breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, car park, beautiful surroundings - I recommend this place, good for friends, families with children.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable. The hallways were a bit like a maze.

Sauna facilities only open 4pm-7.30pm. Pool also closes 8pm in the evening, so if you want to catch that arrive early (which I was unaware about). Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

Rooms are hot! No fans or air con for summer season, so plan accordingly. The property is not responsive on the booking messaging platform, I didn’t get a reply for days, until I was due to check in.

Nice hotel in a small village in the Alps region in Italy. The hotel has a nice spa-zone. Very nice buffet-type breakfast.

The staff at the reception is sometimes somewhat confused or less kind.

Lovely hotel, nice room good food, staff were very pleasant and it was dog friendly. I always love a hotel that has well behaved dogs it's such a bonus.

We paid for dinner additionally, 44e for 2 person, no drinks or dessert included. We expected way more.Breakfast has tons of sweet options but not so many salty and healthy.

Rich breakfest included, replenished enough, sweet and salty, fruits and vegetables, enough drinks - coffee, tea, juice.Helpfull staff, awaiting us in reception even in late night.

Would be nice to have a small fridge in the room, especially in summer.If you arrive late evening, as we did, there is no way to enjoy swimming pool (included in price), the opening hours are in conflict with check-out time.

Very good place if you are traveling and stop by for 1 or 2 days for a holiday. Located near the border, you can stop here when you just entered the country, relax and move on. Nice rooms, nice pool, great breakfast. There is a restaurant, it needs to be reserved in advance. Highly recommend for families with children, you can spend the whole day in the pool
