Such a friendly receptionist. He was so very nice to us.

Spacious room. Good location.

Location is very central to Garda and Verona areas, very comfortable parking area with hotel and staff were always very nice. Place is very clean and has the basic amenities for the price paid. Rooms are cleaned every morning and fresh towels provided. Breakfast was actually a very good continental, with fresh coffee and amazing staff every morning.

The rooms are just the basic, nothing fancy, good for a nice sleep. Bathrooms are older and furniture too, but it was fine for us since we only used the hotel to sleep and get ready for our days.

Window shutters were electric and fully working. Windows open.Small TV the size of a monitor.Shower needs a bit of refurbishment,shower head needs changing. Hot water,heating working.overall was OK.

The room was perfect for a 4 members family. Lots of towels and the breakfast was much better than I could expect (buffet). The chinese/japanese restaurant prepared very good dishes and as a hotel guest you have a good discount.

The lift was a little small, but still is possible to have one family with his luggage inside.

The staff were so friendly and helpful.Room was clean and comfortable.The children loved the downstairs games room!It was helpful to have a small fridge in the room.Loved the art work around the hotel!The cafe across the road was excellent.

I don't think there were facilities for making tea / coffee in the room. (Sorry if I'm wrong here, we stayed a few weeks ago!)

All employees are extremely friendly.They have a playroom in the basement, the kids loved it.

The room is really small for 4 people, but if you just sleep there, it's no problem.

It's good if you go by car. 20min to get to verona and around 25min to the laco di garda. They have parking infront of the hotel. It was clean and the stuff friendly. The bed was comfortable.

The building screams for a renovation! Worn out - filthy bathroom- smelling - alert Pathetic breakfast - only toast , no sausage, plastic cups used 100 times…..

Carpet in hallways and stairwell are very tired and should be either really well cleaned or replaced.

Everything was wonderful. The staff, location, room, breakfast...

The girl behind the desk was very friendly.

The mattress was hard, the sink was cracked, the shower was dirty and the view was bad.

Location, if you plan to take a walk arround in free time, there is nothing to see or to go

It was our second visit in this hotel - only one night from some destination in Italy during way to home. We have reconstructed room. All was clean and new.

The same as in first visit. The walls are too thin and you can hear orher quests. But, this night was better than first. We have some broken shower - the preasure of water was very bad. Breakfast was fine, but there wasn't a mixed eggs.

We used the hotel only for one night during the way to the another place in Italia. The hotel is good, personal fine and place is very sympathic, because is near of the highway.

There are very thin walls. It was a pity, that there was some group of very young girls and we cannot sleep. The shower is very short, but no problem for use.

Friendly staff, speak english, are helpful! Also the location is very fine, on the other side of the street is caffé with perfect croissants and coffe.

I just dont get the point of painting the rooms into this luxury looking way, putting new Doors and so on when there is a mold in the bathroom shower and there is dust all over the room… the carpet wasn’t clean too. I was very dissapointed. Also TV wasn’t working for us at least. Should invest in new furniture and better cleaning service soon.

the location, the cleanliness, but most of all the staff. Victor, Corrado, and Andrea were amazing hosts: kind, knowledgeable, and gracious. so appreciate them.

The family room was pretty tight. Features are dated.

I could say that we are satisfied with the breakfast,the staff are gentle,& accomodating

During our stay in hotel,we are not comfortable in the room ,during our rest hour we heared little noises outside,especially in the corridors
