- Room floor in plastic ???
- We came for 1 night in the summer before leaving Italy. The air conditioner did not work and the room terrible hot. Refrigerator did not work at all and our groceries ruined. We came to the lobby 3 times to ask for ice and complaint about the air conditioner until finally we were transferred to different room. . The spa which costs extra 25€ per person was dirty- dead ants in the pool and mosquitos in the internal pool area. The lady at reception was nice, but we regret our staying in the hotel. He is not maintained at all.
- I booked 2 rooms with double beds (for total 4 people), but upon our arrival they expect only 2 guests & we have to pay the difference.There was an extra fee for swimming pool & spa. We could use the jacuzzi at the garden for free, but the lady at reception desk told us not to be there for too long (I think they prefer external spa guests rather than hotel guests) -_-The hotel restaurant was expensive

The hotel was easy to find, with many free parking places in front of it & very clean! Breakfast was very tasty.

Clean, comfortable and a really lovable staff.The garden is a small Jewel with a jacuzzi to relax and some table to enjoy an aperitif.They offer a loot of activities to discover the territory but we didn't had the time.we had the chance to try the hotel restaurant and it was a great experience, great local wine selection!
