- Breakfast was very good, not overwhelming, value was in the quality of food provided. perpetual service from reception to offer coffee, tea etc at all time of the day. Very attentive staff and provided guidance and assistance for booking a 6 am tairport taxi, with only a few hours to spare.
- It is a very nice and comfortable hotel. We were travelling with a 9 month baby and the room was spacious with fully equiped kitchen. The hotel also provided a baby cot. In the walking distance around the hotel is not much, but is very close to Citadella and 15min away by car to Bassano del Grappo, so you can easily go there and enjoy the cities. The staff is very helpful and kind, we felt very welcome.

- Still needs more renovations as interior gets old and has some minor mold Issues.
- would of been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room, modern decor but looking a bit tired. when you book into a spa hotel it would of been nice to be able to use the facilities but no availability. so if your thinking of staying here make sure you book a slot in the spa. It was a last minute booking for us but for next we now know.

Great place for a stopover. Easy parking and the restaurant next door Simbiosi is a must for a great value exceptional food experience. Easy drive into Cittadella a beautiful walled city with amazing walk around the top of the wall.

Nice hotel with kind and helpful staff. The restaurant Simbiosi, next to the hotel is also just pefrect with very kind staff! Next time deffinitely will choose the same place for sleeping and eating also.

Hotel was lovely and clean, staff very friendly and able to understand English perfectly. breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.
