Hotel San Remo

The staffs are very kind and the facility was very clean.

It was a bit hard to access without a car

Everything about the hotel was fabulous, especially the view and location. The staff was kind and very helpful. Our stay was so wonderful that we plan to return to this same location again!! Stupendous breakfast!

Room had an excellent view of Lake Garda. Plenty of options for breakfast, was more than adequate. Room was a value for the price. There are many nearby trails for hiking and the towns of Lake Garda are a short drive away.

Unfortunately sound proofing is an issue lots of noise from doors and you can hear conversations through the walls - but I resorted to a pair of ear plugs - also very annoying dog barking at times ?

The location was good. Easy to reach Malcesina and other places. Breakfast was also very good. Staff was very kind and helpfull.

There wasn't towels, had to ask staff to bring them.

The location is quiet and at the same provides a beautiful view at the Garda lake. Also good start for hikes nearby.The personnel is friendly and helpful. There is also a restaurant in the evening, it's a nice opportunity to try tasty cuisine and drink a wine on a terrace with a nice view at the lake.

Great location, very helpfull staff, excellent food. If in the area we would deffinately stay here again.

Great (partial) overview of the lake, some rooms have terraces to make it even better.The view is very much appreciated during the breakfast :)

Unfortunately the AC did not work in my room, luckily no bugs entered through the window during night so it was okay.

The view from a balcony room was stunning and close to lots of walking paths.. Top floor as I love to be.

No kettle inside the room for early/late coffe/tea

It was a great experience, very comfortable and clean room, with a beautiful view on the lake and mountains! I also liked breakfast very much, you can choose whatever your want, fruits, cheeses, sweets, salats, coffee, juices, eggs and so on... And personal of the hotel was very friendly and helpful.

Shower head is fixed in the walk like at public swimming pool. Not convenient at all. Plus hot water takes 1 to 2 minutes to run. Such a waste of precious water.

We are glad to have chosen this hotel! We appreciated the on-site private & free parking; the nice & beautifully appointed hotel with elevator; the nice room with its balcony and the beautiful view (as advertised) to Lake Garda (do not miss the sunset!). The location up in the hills above the lake is quiet and provided cool air during the evening and night with the balcony doors partially open (no need for air-conditioning). The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. Sadly, the hotel's restaurant was closed because of lack of staff, but the nearby little town of San Zeno di Montagna has many restaurants (caution: most do not open until 19:00 hours) to suit everyone, including us.

Staff could have been friendlier - reception was adequate but not really very engaging - this hotel is well worth the cost - but a little far out but the views more than make up for it - would recommend it ?

We had a good time at this hotel. It was nice and quiet, a bit away from the busy areas, with a fantastic view from our balcony. When it was too hot up there, you could sit in the restaurant area in the shade and still have an amazing view. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, considering it's a two star hotel. I'm gluten intolerant, and they provided three different types of bread for me to choose from and also two different kinds of sweet cakes. The staff spoke good English and were friendly. We had dinner at the hotel and it was good enough for a very reasonable price.

The only thing that could have improved our stay, would be a decent AC in the room.

Everything was really nice and clean. View from our balcony was amazing :)People working there were also nice and helpful. It was more than we expected for sure! Bed was super comfy and soft :)

We liked everything! Only thing I can say is that it would be even better if bedroom had its own fridge but other than that everything was great!

Hotel has great view , food (both breakfast and restaurant) is tasty. Owner and restaurant workers are English speaking and handsome. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The room air conditioner did not work. We had to pay additional tax when checking out.
