La Trinitè Monboso Hotel

The hotel is in the perfect location with direct access to the slopes. The staff is very friendly and the food was very good, especially the antipasti and the vegetarian options. The room was spacious with a lovely view and the bed very comfortable.

The decor is outdated and the rooms could do with some upgrading. It would then however no longer be such good value for money.

The location is good as its close to the town centre and the lifts up the mountain. The bathroom is very clean and functional and the rooms are large and spacious.

The hotel is in need of a renovation, the rooms are old and dusty, the breakfast was below standard of what you would expect for this price. The hotel feels more like a basecamp for large groups of children than for any other type of guest.

Located at the very top of the hill close to the skylifts, big parking area in front of the hotel

Heating system… the room was too hot, impossible too sleep due to a malfunction on the temperature regulator…

everything - worst hotel I have ever been in the last few years. room: very old facing the rear with dirty carpet all over the floor. we could not even open the window as the room was facing the heating implant of the hotel so very strong smell of petrol.bathroom: extremely dirty full of pubic hairs and dust. we called to be cleaned and the receptionist told us: “you are using the room so they should be yours”.restaurant and food: not even the worst staff canteen is awful like this onestaff: very rudeI will never go back

We paid for rooms and facilities that we not available. People were forced to share bathrooms, and even bedrooms.

Food was very average starting from the breakfast till the dinner. It was a buffet but the quality was not great. Cake on the ice was the 31st Dec dinner with hundreds of people dining - very poor

Resort is very old, it needs an absolute and quick refurbishment. We experienced no water in the room couple of times. Lifts are very old.Room too hot. Reception cannot be reached by phone/intercom, hotel very much OVERPRICED for what you get, it's not a 4 stars hotel!

Bar and cocktails with lovely attentive staff.

Sound proofing with very thin walls between rooms.
