Excellent facilities, fresh rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, delicious meals.

Staff were pleasant and welcoming, room was comfortable with a beautiful view easy walk into the village and a 20min drive to nearest ski lift

We had some initial problems with the heating but once it was explained to us how we could adjust it everything was fine

For SPA you need to pay extra and book în advance.

The dinner was really delicious with a very good variety of local dishes. It was the perfect place to stay after a day walking in the mountains. The room was comfortable, a really good size for 2, and clean. The ambiance of the hotel itself was very cosy. If we had stayed for longer, we would have used the spa for sure!

Cozy atmosphere, a clean and comfortable room, even though it was a little bit small. For 2 persons it was ok. Excellent breakfast and dinner and the spa was great.

The Spa area is very nice, we enjoyed it. It was open until 20:00 and we should pay an extra 15euro/pers for the spa.

Good local family run hotel. Good evening meal and good value, with a well stocked small bar and also a spa on site (we did not use the spa). Seemed popular with locals from Milan up for a week(end) of skiing at Cervinia. About a 30min drive to Cervinia. Everything was spotlessly clean throughout the hotel and rooms/bathrooms

Ensuites were very cramped and small. Reception staff were a little inanimate but may have been our lack of italian language. otherwise a nice little spot.

Good value, including the drinks at the bar. Great service, friendly staff. Lovely varied buffet breakfast, swiftly replenished and home cooked 3 course evening meal + salad, with 3 options for each course. Powerful hot shower, comfy bed. Nice little bar and plenty of books and games. Nearby Valtournenche a lovely place with access to Cervinia skiing and free car park by the lifts.

Bathroom a little cramped. Not really anywhere else to go in the evenings without getting in a car.

Great location and easy to park.Breakfast start 7:30 and is okay.

The lady on the reception she just ignored you same with the older guy.You feel very unwanted .Horrible bed with fleece blanket and hard pillows.Very small bathroom .The room temperature is set up automatically so you can’t dry your ski gloves….The ski room isn’t heated.Wouldn’t stay again.

The service in the hotel was excellent and very reasonable prices for wine, drinks and the spa facilities. The rooms were spacious for the price we paid and only a short drive from Cervinia and Milan/Turin airport.

Found the boot room didn't really dry boots very well overnight so instead used the radiators in our room. other than that I loved the hotel and have booked for a second stay.

Lovely family run hotel. Our second stay as easy car ride access to the excellent skiing in Cervinia and Valtournache. Great value, good food, warm and comfortable. Staff are great.
