Hotel Edelweiss

Breakfast was great with multiple local flavors such as cheese and apple juice. Hotel is nearby QC Terme which was very convenient

Its right in the center, 3 min walking from the therme and also has a 20% discount for many activities around. Very clean, kind hosts, loved it.

A bit loud at times as we could hear people running in the halls or slamming doors. It was quiet by 10p.

Room 207 should come with a warning. Located in an inside corner where rooms next door can look in so no privacy. Also no air in and no a/c so very warm room. A complete disaster that we that booked for 3 nights got this room. This room should only be used as a last resort for 1 night stays. Shame on you for giving us this room.

Big rooms (our kid got separate but connected room!), very clean, all facilities working, spacious wardrobe...

Breakfast was great with lot of local products (yogurt, jams...) but there were no cooked food for breakfast (no omlet, no sausages).

Breakfast choice was good, with great coffee. Free parking spots around the hotel.

Nice place for staying. Very good continental breakfast, housekeeping is every day. Nice room, comfortable bad, the cleanest bathroom. If you have a plan for a skiing - two resorts in 10 minutes by car - La Thuile and Courmayeur. In 5 minutes walking - luxury spa QC-Therme, hotel have a discount for a tickets. Very nice family-staff - so friendly and helpful

The staff were great- friendly, helpful. The hotel was immaculately clean. The room was large, the bed and pillows comfortable and the bathroom spotless. Breakfast was delicious.

Very good and well located hotel, very close to QC Termes Pré Saint Didier (walking distance!). Buffet breakfast is superb! Pré Saint Didier is an excellent option to avoid Courmayeur and other villages nearby, which are too crowded and very expensive. Pré Saint Didier is a charming little village with a small groceries store, a bakery and some clothes stores. There are some nice restaurants and cafe.

My only suggestion is that the hotel stops using deodorizers (deodoranti) in rooms and corridors. The smell is too strong, particularly in the wardrobes.

Lovely building, room had a balcony with a great view. Really nice breakfast selection.

I would have given this hotel a solid 8.5 had it not been for the extremely rude woman and man at the reception in the evening we checked in. Our TV didn't work, there was a PIN code needed to get to then live channels and even though I (!) managed to connect it to the Internet and it was a smart TV, no app worked either, perhaps as the wifi was also very bad and kept disconnecting . Yet somehow this was our problem. She did not apologise for the inconvenience, she said "well if you want I can try to have a look but I don't have a clue how" and "if someone put a PIN we might as well throw the new TV away" instead of suggesting to swap room or call a maintenance person, all with an extremely unpleasant attitude and sarcastic tone as if we were annoying her by reporting the issue. When I said I managed to at least connect the TV to the wifi but it still wasn't working, the man behind the desk with her said "wow you're good with tech aren't you?" in an extremely patronising way which really didn't help their cause.

Breakfast was homemade and very rich. The location is also perfect, close to the village center and to the river, you sleep with the relaxing sound of water

My friend is lactose intolerant and the staff was extremely comprehensive and accommodating regarding the breakfast. The quality of the food was excellent and the environment in general is very nice and quite. Highly raccomended.

The room was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. I will be back

The only downside to this room was the size of the shower. I am 70kg and 182cm and I barely fit. When I tried to wash my legs I would bump the water control and turn off the shower. :(

The bedroom was beautiful and clean, the breakfast was delicious and the breakfast-area is amazing. The car park is big.
