Amazing hospitality by the owner and the entire staff from the moment we stepped foot in this charming hotel. Everything was super clean and comfortable, breakfast was great as well!

Our stay at this guesthouse was absolutely perfect! The place was incredibly cozy, spotlessly clean, and located in a peaceful area with breathtaking mountain views from the windows. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality of the hosts.We have never met such kind, helpful, and attentive hosts before! They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, providing detailed information on the free winter bus schedule, stop locations, and other useful tips. On top of that, they even offered free transportation to and from our arrival point in Courmayeur, making our trip so much easier.What touched us the most was their incredible kindness when we accidentally left our children’s passports in the room. Within just five minutes, they found them and personally delivered them to bus station, something we will be grateful for our entire lives.If you’re looking for a place that feels like home, with warm-hearted hosts who truly care about their guests, this is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

A greater variety of restaurants nearby, but overall, this was an amazing stay.

I booked a room for a birthday celebration, specifically paying an extra fee for a balcony with a mountain view. However, the room I received had a completely obstructed view, facing buildings instead. Since I paid extra for the mountain view balcony, I feel this is unacceptable. I request immediate action to rectify this situation.

My friend and I stayed in Hotel Beau Sejour for one day during our TMB hiking trip. We had a great experience there, there was so much food to choose from for breakfast, the views outside the hotel are beautiful and it's located in a very quiet area. It takes just a few minutes to get there with a bus from Courmayeur. We wanted to start the day early since we had a long day of hiking ahead of us but realized it will take a while before the next bus comes - on weekends they are less frequent. In the end the owner gave us a ride for free (thanks again for such a kind service!!).

Charming hotel located in a small village not far away from Courmayer. Easy access by bus or 40 min walk from Courmayer

A cozy and familiar hotel where I really felt the authentic Mont Blanc atmosphere, even in the architecture and the room. The staff is the kindest ever and the free transfer to Courmayeur was absolutely appreciated. We will definitely choose it again for our next stay.

The hotel and grounds are beautiful, spacious and light, with magnificent views of Mont Blanc. The food is delicious. The family are kind and attentive and so helpful - they know everything about the area. My stay was impeccable in every way.

It has a good ambiance, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and an excellent breakfast.

We booked a room with 'mountain views', but the view of the mountains was almost completely blocked by large trees in the garden.

Beyond spectacular a.m. views of Mt. Blanc off the hotel's large veranda. The room was very cozy and comfortable, with an exceptional breakfast. Staff could not help enough. The owner/manager gave us an amazing trail map for Mt. Blanc area along great tips on easy access driving there to hike. Awesome stay!!

Excellent breakfast - good spread and delicious coffee. The hotel staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. Large comfortable lounge with wood fire and tasty local beers.

the Bed!! very old and uncomfortable, we woke up at 4am both very sore . no support and springs poking out.

Beautiful location. Quite as well. Staff was excellent. The bathroom was good and the breakfast was also quite good.

Some of the power outlets did not work, particularly the one next to the table. The table could have been a bit bigger, but these are small gripes.

Just a place run with love and kind people. The breakfast was amazing. In the afternoons if I needed a drink or something, nothing was a problem. They are great.

The location was great, the view of Mont Blanc just made it! Staff were friendly and the set menu evening meal was lovely.
