A lovely, clean, small family-run hotel with a welcoming atmosphere.

The greeting at check in. The coffee.

Breakfast was most sweets.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast available even before normal hours. Room with good tv selection and all basic amenities. Good location. Lots of parking availability in town (all nearby).

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The room was a great size with a beautiful balcony. We'll be back (literally will be staying again at the end of our TMB hike). The restaurant had gluten free options. Highly recommend.

Some of the fruit at breakfast had seen better days.

I chose the hotel for its location, not the room though in front of the hotel, it can be noisy. You can hear people talking who sit downstairs in the evening and the cars during the day. Otherwise the room was spacious, the bathroom less..

Did not like the receptionist or other staff members as we found them "cold". Well we booked with Booking.com, I do get that a lot in other hotels. Only the breakfast waiter was kind and professional. Not a fan of the WC in room 106, you will see for yourself...They did not have private parking for us when we arrived, but half an hour later they did for other clients, we came first? I did ask to be let know. Same for no information given about 20% discount if we book the QC Terme with them, my husband over heard the receptionist saying it to other clients over the phone, after I booked online a day spa, where I could have saved 30 euro on entrance!

Hello, the personal was nice , a good location if you want to go to thermal.

Hello. For this price some eggs for the breakfast can be free. Just for information we payed for the room almost 200€ For one night. We had so small room without a balcony, a room was old, without any isolation, was noisy till midnight.

the staff was rude and didn’t pay attention to customers, the breakfast was badly managed and very poor

The only thing I have appreciated is that the staff was kind.

The room was incredibly small with furniture very old fashioned and not comfortable and neglected.On top of this the temperature of the room was quite cold such to make uncomfortable taking a shower.

it was very clean and close to the Spa.

The staff. Breakfast was pretty good but the fruit was bad. We stayed 2 days, the first day there was a rotten orange in the basket, the second day a rotten pear. It was very noisy at night, the second night there was noise coming from the kitchen at 11.30pm and the owners were very loud. We had to call the front desk twice because we could not sleep. The front desk staff was pretty rude too. The servers and all the staff were unprofessional. Bedrooms were ok, cozy .. but In our bedroom there was a large pillar that was placed right in front of the tv, we couldn’t watch it.
