Location was nice and good price

Rooms werent ready at check in time. One of the three was only ready a whole 3 hours later

I had a parking space and could leave the car the next day until lunch, the staff was very open, the room was clean and spacious

There are two narrow and uncomfortable elevators, it would be better to make one bigger, the air in the hallways is closed, the pillows are uncomfortable

The hotel is close to the spa. The staff are friendly and parking is close.

I got two rooms. One was great with an open balcony, clean and superb though the mattress was squeaky. The other smelled like pickled cabage and the wall has splatter marks which were not cleaned on time, though in all fairness, we did the check in 1 hour earlier than normally available.

Easy to find. Comfy bed.The cleaning lady was a superstar....I had left a box containing my daily meds. She had gone into the room just as we were leaving and found it. What a lifesaver. (Literally).

No drink making facilities ie. Kettle.

Very old furniture and facilities. The room had an unpleasant sewer like smell.

It looks like 40 years ago it was a very nice place, but now it’s too old

Staff mot very helpful, walls very thin and man in room had loud TV on all night to 2am and started again at 6am!!...also his dog was barking from time to time.

Very close to ski shuttle bus and large rooms.

We've stayed in this hotel several times and in general have always really like it. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff are friendly, the location is great.

Unfortunately our entire family got food poisoning eating pizza at the hotel restaurant and became so sick that we were unable to continue our trip - and had to extend our stay at the hotel just to recover. We were disappointed that the hotel never offered to reimburse us for the meal that made us sick or for the additional night at the hotel.

The view on Montblanc was amazing and the village itself is very cute. The room was really large.

The place is a bit in tbe style of eighties, but everything works.

Lovely hotel in the the beautiful valley of Pre-St-Didier. We only had one night stay as we were transiting, however, we would love to come back again maybe for a winter holiday. The food was excellent, and the staff were very helpful.

Get rid of the tattoo parlour - its the first thing you see when you arrive - yuk!

Room was dusty. We reached late in night and had requested a late check-out, but decided to leave the hotel early in morning.

It's close to the Spa and there is free parking available.

The bed was awfully uncomfortable.

The shower wasn't easy to deal with. The shower system wouldn't tighten and hold in on place. Also the ac wouldn't work.
