- Room was lovely with a beautiful view. The staff were friendly and attentive from check in to the restaurant/bar and check out and service was efficient.
- This is a very friendly hotel where the staff were lovely. The hotel itself could do with some refurbishment like many similar properties in the Caribbean. However we enjoyed staying there and would stay again.
- Great location. Very good reception staff. Good food. Restaurant staff poor. They tried their best but fell short in standard of service, probably due to lack of proper training. Water pressure in room 204 very low, particularly hot water.
Cons -
- Unfortunately one of their machines was broken which meant any drinks requiring blending were unavailable. Not the end of the world but just meant we weren't able to get our preferred choice of drink.
