Hyperion Hotel Leipzig

The location. The bed was super comfortable and huge.the access to the lounge.the fact that it was fully soundproof was great.

There was some dust in the room on the carpet and on some of the decor. Besides that, nothing to add.

The hotel looks modern and clean, the room is elegant, and the location is excellent-it feels like you’re right inside the main train station

The pillows on the bed were not comfortable at all-they are more suitable for decoration than for sleeping.Another point I didn’t like: I noticed that the only seating available in the reception area was a small café with some comfortable chairs next to it. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, and it is normal for guests to be able to sit in the reception area to enjoy some quiet time.In the morning, I went to that café and stand waiting there for five minutes, but no staff came at all. My plan was to enjoy my morning coffee there and, of course, pay for it, but I got tired of waiting and went to have coffee outside the hotel instead.When I returned in the afternoon and sat for a short while in those same seats next to the café, the lady working there approached me and asked, “Was kann ich für Sie tun?” (“How can I help you?”). In truth, this question indirectly implied that I was not welcome to sit there without ordering something-even though my intention was to place an order. Asking in that manner, combined with the lack of a comfortable seating area for guests in the reception, did not feel appropriate, especially considering I paid €100 per night, which is not a small amount.One last detail: the towel racks in the bathroom had a bit of dust on them, so the cleaning staff should pay closer attention to such details.

Hotel is in a very central location next to the Hauptbahnhof. Room was well designed and equipped with really good air con. I slept very well at the hotel.

Car parking is not particularly convenient, relying on the bus terminal car park near by. Breakfast was a very expensive option.

Great location if you need to be near the train station. Great breakfast and the bar was a nice place to relax. Friendly staff. My corner room facing the city was spacious and comfortable.

the staff was friendly, the hotel was very clean. its location was terrific. close to the Hauptbahnhof and city center. we will definitely book this hotel again.

The establishment offers an excellent breakfast, comfortable beds and exceptionally friendly service, which is rarely experienced. It is situated in a very good location.

Leipzig is located near the Czech Republic and Poland. While there were numerous Arabic, Turkish, and English TV channels, there seemed to be a lack of representation from the Czech Republic or Poland. In my opinion, this could be perceived as a form of discrimination.

Clean spacious room with modern decorations! Location excellent , next to train station and easy access to all attractions! Nice selection of breakfast and helpful staff ! Would definitely come back for next visit

Location is convenient

Sauna experience was a total disaster - Only small towels available. Plenty of big ones but sorry they were already used up and lying in piles everywhere.. on the floor, on the foot spa area, on the lounge chairs. There were not enough lounge chairs to rest.. some guests just sat on the floor. A kind guest saw I had nowhere to rest after the sauna and picked up a pile of used towels (not even his!) from one lounge chair to free up a place for me. The room did not have slippers or bathrobe. Checked in the sauna but none there either. Went back down to the reception to request it. Waited for it in my room before I could try to go to the sauna again. Got the bathrobe, no slippers..Very slow service at reception. If you're in a hurry, just forget it - I was at the reception counter 4 times and had to wait each time. Either no one was there or only one person was there, the other was missing and there was a queue. There was even a male receptionist who was deliberately slow when it became clear I was in a hurry. I waited a few minutes while he was checking in another customer but when I started to worry about my train, I asked if there was someone else who could help me. He just said someone else would come soon, without any further effort to call someone else. When he had already given the other customer the room cards, he still didn't turn to help me but asked them a few times whether they needed any help about this and that... They said no, no, no and still he kept asking. I was not asked a single one of these questions when I checked in! All I wanted was my luggage to catch my train! Finally after a few more minutes a lady came and I got my luggage in 10 seconds. Unfortunately, thanks to this guy I missed my train by a few seconds and had to buy new tickets - 300 euros last minute tickets. So this is FIVE STAR Hyperion service? THANKS VERY MUCH.Location - the entrance to the hotel is right beside the side entrance of the main station.

Everything was really well done. Even the bathroom had been thoughtfully designed with a door that could close the whole bathroom off from the bedroom or just the toilet so that the bathroom could still be used by a second person. Very quiet rooms, great location right next to the station. Breakfast lovely too.

That we only stayed one night!

This was an excellent hotel, well located, next to the train station, in the beautiful city of Leipzig. A very modern hotel which uses technology in the rooms to operate lights blinds and air-conditioning from your bedside table. For a technophob this could be a bit daunting, but it is pretty intuitive and you get the hang of it quite quickly. The rooms are a good size, with quality beds and bedding and the bathroom is right up-to-date. What’s the hotel does not have, is its own on-site parking but it is adjacent to a multistory Car Park, which is just a very short walk to the main reception. We were concerned, before arriving, that the location next to the train station and the adjacent number of tram lines would be noisy however, we could not hear any external noise at all, and the rooms themselves are very soundproofed. The in room minibar is free and is topped up daily by the staff.

Nothing really although our room gave us access to the business lounge which we didn’t use, primarily because it seemed not to have any air-conditioning in there at all and so was very hot and stuffy.

Perfect location at the east exit of the Train Station. Just a short walk into the centre of the city. Staff are lovely and our room was spotless. Breakfast was fab, so much on offer and full at all times we were there.

I would note for anyone travelling alone that the side of the Train Station seems to be a place of gathering for groups of youths who could be a bit intimidating especially later at night. It wasn’t a problem but something to note about the area.

Very stylish hotel just next to the train station. I staid with my dog (you need to pay extra 15 euros for a pet) and it was super comfortable. Sauna and gym were super great after the long walk in the city.

Location was perfect right in the centre of Leipzig and next to the main train station. The rooms meet all our expectations. We would definitely book again.

The hotel is new (at least it feels very new). It is next to the train station (1-minute walk). It provides free beers, soft drinks, and snacks in the room. The room is very modern and clean. The front desk area is very spacious and makes the check-in process effortless.

I have to say that it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Beyond the exceptional cleanliness and outstanding service, one of the standout features was that all the snacks and drinks in the minibar were included in the price of the room.
