Ibis Budget Leipzig City

The location was very convenient,for our needs. Had free WiFi. Those are the only positive attributes I could come up with.

The evening check in Staff needs an attitude adjustment. They're in the hospitality industry, aren't they supposed to make me feel like a valued customer? The rooms were minuscule (my fault for not paying attention to the description on the website).

The location is the best thing about this hotel. Everything we wanted to see and do was in walking distance. We could always pop back to the hotel during the day as it was so central. This is a proper budget hotel so there's no seperate bathroom and the shower is in the room. You also get a little desk in the room, I thought it was perfect!Coffee and snacks available in the lobby or next door at the Ibis.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay and especially when we ran into a parking problem. The room is spotless. The bed is comfortable. The shower is spacious. The location is right beside the centre and train station, and perfect for anyone who wants to be able to walk. The lounge area has lots of seats and is comfortable to hang out in. The parking price is reasonable for a centre location. Cheap price considering its a lovely hotel and right beside the centre.

It would be nice if the room had at least one tiny dresser to store some things.

Very good location in the centre of Leipzig. Safe parking in the same building.Kind and helpful staff.

Difficult to find as many of the centre roads were closed. We needed police escort to manage to find the hotel.The budget Ibis style hotels are very modestly furnished, very small rooms and could be much more comfortable.

The bed was terrible. The bed was in a u shape and gives you back pain.

The hotel is walking distance from Leipzig HBF. The lift is fully functional. You have options for paid or free wifi although the free wifi already suffices for casual internet activities. The breakfast costs around 12 Euros and is generally OK. Room is clean and the staff are OK as well.

While the hotel and the room are generally great, one thing that could be probably improved is the movement of the bed when the door of the adjacent room closes. The bed literally moves, and it disturbs sleep (with a wee bit of surprise) when it happens.

The location was great-just a few minutes from the train station and central Leipzig. The price for the room was very affordable.

I checked in late-about 2200, the front door was locked and there was no note as to how to check in/where to go. I called the number and was told to walk down to the other Ibis hotel-not far away, but still not convenient.

It was very quite as my window was towards the building of a museum which was closed for the night.

The location was excelent

Hair drier needed to ask for it in the reception but it was closed.

Nice location and friendly staff. Recommend to stay in Leipzig center.

The location is amazing. Less than 5 minutes from the central rail station. Check-in was done fast. The room (single room) was spacious enough with a small "bathroom" in the corner. Overall very good for a short stay. I didn't have breakfast so can't say anything about this. Got breakfast at the rail station.

The location is just perfect. It’s in the middle of town near the main square and lots of cafes and restaurants.5 min walking from the main central train station.
