Nice location spacious super clean rooms

Upstairs neighbours too loud, old floors so they kept us up all night

Amazing room, very clean and such a comfortable bed!

I do wish that it was mentioned online that, even though check-in is until 11pm, there is no one to let you in at 10:30pm. Luckily, there was someone else in the same position and she found the correct number to call (google maps phone number is incorrect). I hope they can start to include more information about this online, as this was very stressful.

WiFi was very, very slow, it was impossible to even play videos at the lowest quality

The best asset of this Hotel is the available car parking and easy access to the city centre. You just walk straight up along the tram lines and you are there. Very comfortable beds and friendly Hotel staff. Highly recommended and will for sure stay here next time.

Staff were brilliant. Very friendly and helpful. One of our boys forgot his bag of toys so they posted it to us. Breakfast was delicious and well prepared. Very pleasant room with big bed and good sized bathroom. Secure parking and a short walk into city centre but tram line just outside.

The location (close to restaurants & clubs), the nicely appointed room, & the very convenient parking option. Overall, good value for money.

Wifi access was a problem. The wifi & password info in the room was not up-to-date. Staff could not help us on this one.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff was very helpful and very kind. The hotel is close to the center and breakfast was absolutely delicious. We would definitely go to this hotel again if returning.

We absolutely loved this hotel. First of all, the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Then the hotel is located in a historic building with beautiful wooden stairs, which gives it a lot of uniqueness. The hotel has a private parking for guests in its backyard, which is very convenient. The hotel is located in a vibrant district of Leipzig - there are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops jut around the corner. We also appeciated it was a short walking distance from the centre of Leipzig and the beautiful and relaxing Klara Zetkin park. Our room and the bathroom were really spacious and well-equipped, there was a fridge and an electric kettle as well. We also liked the breakfast very much - it was tasty and offered some vegan options.

Nothing really to complain on our side.The only little hint for travellers with some kind of health problems - the hotel has no lift, so make sure you contact the reception beforehand to ask for a room located on the first floor.

very expensive, since our stay fell on the dates of the festival. It is very difficult to climb to the 4th floor (almost 5) without an elevator. It was very annoying that there was no breakfast during the festival, although when booking a hotel it was indicated that you can have breakfast for an additional fee, we were with a small child and this was a huge problem, the fact that breakfast was canceled and we only found out about it on the day of arrival . The water in the shower is weak and you have to wait 7-10 minutes for hot water to flow. the light in the room is very dim. although we lived on the highest floor it was noisy from passing traffic, if you book a room, it must have windows facing the courtyard.

The location is ideal for tourism and the facilities are exactly as shown on the pictures, with a station nearby which takes you to the City center in less than 10mins

The hotel was adorable and the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the whole atmosphere from check-in to check-out can only be described as cozy. The breakfast was excellent. I was especially happy to see that the hotel did not provide small bottles of different hygiene products (shampoo, soap etc) but used refillable containers. Moreover I enjoyed the possibility to have tea in the room and the tea selection was also perfect.
