The beds were super comfy. We were very tired and they allowed us to checkout late

A little far away from the hbf. We had kids and it became a little hectic for them to travel via train

Check in and out were very easy they are very relaxed about the times :). The room was very large. The bathroom was also pretty decent sized and had a bathtub which was convenient for tall people

The WiFi in my room did not work. Because the qr code did not go to anything as it said that the service was ended. Since I was here for business that was inconvenient

nice quiet location. Cosy room, separate bedroom, good bed.Penny Markt directly under the hotel, good parking probability, For big vans outside there is a possibility to park the car with a parking cart for two hours.

The breakfast was too expensive, wanted to eat something quick and did not use it therefore and got something from the Penny shop. But the restaurant to have your breakfast looks good if you want to have a long breakfast

We stayed in one bedroom suite. I like the design and room size very much. Cleanness and room facilities were great. Very kind ans friendly staff!

Hotel is in a very silent area at the outskirts of the city. Very clean room. Very friendly and client oriented team.

Execessively priced for the location. Very patchy internet. Unstable televisión reception. Part of the illumination of the room was not operative.

In general it is a great place, missing some support after working hours but I guess that is normal.

The property was spacious and clean.

Very dated interior. It was also very far away from the old town. We had to walk 1km to the tram stop and then catch a 15 minute tram ride to get to the old town.

Well located, it's slightly on the outskirt of Leipzig city center. You reach the main station in 10 min with a cab or 30 min with public transportation.

It was an interesting building and interior, nice breakfast in a peaceful place.

If your card does not work for some reason you can get locked in the staircase, which happened to me. It was disappointing, that nobody responded to my knock at the door, thought it was very close to the reception. I had to call the reception - but if that happens when I don't have a mobile phone with me? The WiFi did not work for me, I had to use my mobile network for work. Two of the lamps did not work, same with the hairdryer.

Underground parking. It was very convenient. Large spacious bathroom. Nice kitchenette.

Unreasonably expensive. A strange building, reminiscent of either a prison or a hostel of the socialist period. Inconvenient elevator. Rooms with old-fashioned furniture, all in dark burgundy tones. We didn't like it.

Big rooms, free street parking, close to Penny market and short walk to tram.

Staff very friendly. Peaceful, silent location. Comfortable bed.

This is not a 4 star Hotel. Bathrooms need renovation, ocasional bad smells and sounds from pipes.

I would really want to highlight the hotel team - they were very kind, helpful for any of my requests. The sauna was amazing as well as the breakfast variability and restaurant staff. I felt very comfy.

To be honest, I was a bit disappointed with the gym, the room was small and not a lot of equipment inside. I would recommend adding some dumbells and bars, but I understand the limitation of space. Otherwise, I have any complaints. :)

Expected a hotel room but got a complete apartment instead. Lots of space I didn't use because of my very late check-in after 11pm
