Very nice, quiet, and clean

The hotel allows guests to stay with their dogs, which may be acceptable to some, but many people in our communities are highly uncomfortable with this due to the insects and parasites animals can leave in the room. That is one concern.Another issue is that I stayed for five days, and not once did the hotel clean my room. This is the first time in all my years of frequent travel that I have experienced a complete lack of housekeeping throughout an entire stay. I left the room every day from around 12:30 p.m. until the evening, yet the room was never cleaned.Attached are photos of the room’s trash bin and the bathroom bin showing that they were left full and not emptied.

Everything was fine, the room was clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. Parking is easy on site.

Close to the highway, convenient if you are travelling in or through Germany. There are fast chargers for electric cars two minutes from the hotel. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices! If you are travelling with a pet, then the area is nice to have walks.

The hotel advertises electric car charging facilities, out of the 4 destination chargers two were out of orders, 1 was defective and only 1 was working where a car was already charging so we had to rely on the another charging station nearby. The attitude of the staff was also not pleasant and would have expected a bit more hospitality, niceness and warmth.

The hotel did not provide baby crib although they did confirm it in email before… the reception team just said : sorry.. so the night was uncomfortable due to that

Outside of Leipzig, but close enough for day trips. The rooms were big enough for two. The breakfast was pretty good. The price was worth it. We especially liked the bar. Delicious drinks, Pizza after 10 pm and a nice talk with the barkeeper. If you need recommendations what to do in and around Leipzig... just ask him.

Because you are outside of Leipzig you don't find food in that area if you get hungry later in the evening. McDonald's and KFC closed at 10 pm, even when they offered longer opening hours online.

Place is very convenient to the Leipzig congress center, about a 10 minute walk. Rooms are clean and efficient. Good breakfast set up.

Have to request for room cleaning. The parking set up is awkward, as you have to ask for a ticket to leave every time you want to exit the park. I find 9 Euro expensive for parking in the middle of nowhere. Room was not ready at 2 pm despite confirmation of the request.

Dinner at restaurant was really good. Breakfast was decent !

Cosy rooms, cannot complain about cleanliness, conviniently located for a trip break. Quiet, good breakfast, a lot of parking options.We stayed only one night for a stop on our way, so I cannot say anything about other aspects.

We stopped for a night layover from our roadtrip and it was exactly what we needed. We slept comfortably. Generally nice clean room and bathroom.

We always stop by here on our way to our holiday destination. Reliable stop, 24/7 reception, great staff, easy to reach from the highway and always clean.

The rooms are very clean and well kept. The breakfast options were also good.

The air conditioning was not working and it is almost 30 minutes from Leipzig central station. So if you are travelling by public transport, you need to walk for 1km from the tram station to the hotel.

Good hotel! The room has everything you need. There are many shops within walking distance. A public transport stop is a 15-minute walk away, from where you can get to the city center. I also want to note the delicious and varied breakfast.

Poor soundproofing in the rooms. I was woken up by guests from the neighboring room and I heard quite clearly every word they said.

I liked the location of the hotel + the cleanliness of the bathroom and the room in general. It wasn't noisy. The lobby of the hotel was beautiful

I had an online meeting in the morning and during the hour of the meeting Wi-fi connection went out 4 times.I booked a room with two separate beds, but in the end there were two beds next to one headboard

It was somehow clean.

The staff were not that much helpful especially when I was with a little kid. I didn’t have refrigerator in my room. Nearly no facilities for a small kid. The door was not completely locked! It was really easy for a kid to open it! No coffee and tea in the room. The pillows were too much uncomfortable.

The room was very clean and comfy, as well as the bathroom. There was no wardrobe, but this was not a problem for a short stay. The location is good, as there are some restaurants and markets nearby, and most importantly near the congress center, which was the intention behind the stay. The gym would be ok for the casual gym visitors. At the reception on check-in and check-out the staff member were professional and friendly. But generally, I would expect more value for the money.
