MEININGER Hotel Leipzig Hauptbahnhof

The staff people are very friendly

This hotel is easy to get to from the train station. Great location, helpful staff and very well looked after property.

Location and price

Room size is small compared to the number of beds

Location

Reception behavior was not polite, no coffee/tea arrangement in the room

Nice and close to city center to see al christmas markets

Parking garage was a little confusing on day of arrival

Breakfast was great, staff was very friendly and helpful, made me reservations for a restaurant and were super pleasant.

The rooms are very basic, which was fine for me. No complaints.

Excellent location good bed good lights for reading excellent price quality

Even though Meininger is advertising as a Hotel now, I still felt the hostel vibe. Friendliness and a good customer service approach. Friendly check/in by evening staff!

Great location. Very friendly and professional staff

I am not such a fan of plywood and MDF. There were so drinking receptacles in the room

Location was perfect, train station 5 minute walk and main square less than 10 minute walk. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Luggage storage before and after checkout. Room was clean and perfect for our one night stay to visit the Christmas Markets.

I travelled on business and had to stay for one night near the central railway station. The Meininger Hotel completely fulfilled my needs. It is located within walking distance of the central railway station, and the standard offered was just what I needed.

I do not eat breakfast but the coffee was excellent. I love the location , friendly staff, cleanliness, facilities, luggage minding, everything.

I could not open the handbasin plug in room 29.

The location is very good. The price is very good because it is more a hostel than a hotel.

The rooms are very small. The staff did not mention the guest kitchen so we didn't use it.There was a fire alarm because of the kitchen and no compensation was offered.

The staff was amazing. The hotel was really clean. Great location and comfortable beds

Modern, tastefully furnished hotel with a spacious, clean, and bright room. Friendly staff and convenient luggage storage before/after check-in. Great facilities with a bar, lounge, and 24-hour reception. Excellent location just minutes from the main train and bus stations. I’d happily return.

It’s close to the central train station and located in the town, next to many nice restaurants and touristic atractions.

Fine

Would like some kind of curtain / net that would let light in but not let people in buildings opposite see in! For example I saw people in their room in the building opposite when they had their light on

The location was very good and the staff helpful.

One bad restaurant recommendation from a staff member.

Location was great.

Pillows could be better. Could hear snoring from next room.
