Seaside Park Hotel Leipzig

Location provides easy access to transport links and is an easy walk to town center. Hotel is on a narrow street parallel to a busy avenue. Inside, hotel decor has a quiet, retro elegance. Good cocktail bar with comfortable seating and simple fare adjacent to the reception area. Basement restaurant serves the buffet breakfast and at night, offers an excellent dinner selection. Hotel staff was exceptionally helpful and also friendly.

Nothing to complain about.

I am very sensitive to hotel rooms being too cold - this was not the case here. Our room had all the necessary amenities and as a little bit of luxury - there was quite a lot of space.

Our room had and open bathroom, i.e. there was no door between the bedroom and the bathroom. Only the lavatory itself was closed-off by a door. That's a little bit suboptimal from the point of view of privacy.

Staff was really nice, I was able to do early check-in and everything work perfectly!

I was not able to turn the fan on the room off, I asked the staff and unfortunately the also could not turn it off. It was a shame because it needed to be on, in order for have the heating on

Very clean and spacious, ideally situated only a step away from local amenities and transport links.

Guests of the room next door were sadly very noisy playing loud music every morning! Soundproofing is minimal.

Great welcome from the staff and they were also very helpful with any questions we had. Lovely rooms, cosy and comfortable and easy walking distance to the old town centre. Great breakfast and we also had cake and coffee in the bar, again wonderful staff. Design of rooms was very tasteful

We liked everything and would not hesitate to come back.

The room was large, spacious, and very comfortable, and the location is excellent - right across from the main train station and within easy walking distance of lovely shops, cafés, and the old town. Overall, it was a good stay, but it could have been better with a few improvements.

The service was inconsistent: some staff did not speak English, which made communication difficult at times. There was no coffee, tea, or kettle in the room, though we were able to get drinks at the bar downstairs and from the bakery on the corner. We also noticed a sulfur smell from the sink and bathtub along with some plumbing issues, and the mini-fridge turned off when we left the room, which unfortunately spoiled our food.

This is the place I will stay at when I return to Leipzig. The location, in front of the railway station, is very convenient, the room was large, clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. I particularly appreciated the freshly squeezed orange juice, and the early start.

While waiting for the restaurant to open for breakfast I was horrified to see one of the waiters drop some bread rolls on the floor, pick them up and place them on the buffet...

I like the non-traditional layout of the bathroom, the room was spacious and practically furnished, large window, nice design. The breakfast was excellent and the location just wonderful.

It is a pity that the hotel does not have its own carpark. The carpark nextdoor is very expensive so we ended up at the railway station carpark and walk about 350 metres to the hotel.

The hotel was really clean, the location is really convenient close to the train station, the staff was super lovely and even offered a coupon for the bar. Beds are super comfy.

So, even though the location is a pro, at the same time it could get a bit noisy at night if your room is next to the street and people are yelling. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay.

Everything. The location is very convenient. The property well maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.

Wonderful welcome, staff really helpful. They provided a kettle as we couldn't have the coffee in the pods. Beautiful suite with unique features and fantastic view of the biggest train station in Europe! Close to rail and tram transport and within walking distance of the city centre. Incentive to be sustainable (and not have room cleaned on 2nd day). The spa is small but was a quiet retreat after a busy day.

The disadvantage of being so close to transport links is they are quite noisy 24/7, which may bother light sleepers.

Good location next to the main train station and further to the airport, but not far from the city centre. Staff was really kind.
