Pros +
- Wonderful Junior Suite. Spacious and clean.Breakfast was good, but little gluten-free choice.Staff were exceptionally helpful.Location was brilliant for all transport.Private parking very good.
- I loved my stay at Victor's Residenz. It's right next to the station, which meant it was easy to find and there were lots of shops close by. As well as being easy to arrive and depart it was also very easy to get trams from outside, for instance to go to the Battle of the Nations Monument just 20 minutes away. The old town is just over the road so I could easily walk to the main tourist areas. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. My room was amazing, and incredible value for money. The bathroom even had a bath. Breakfast was very nice. I have to point out that my room overlooked the tram stop outside the railway station, and some people may find the tram noise distracting, but I love rooms that overlook the city at work and this was my dream of a view. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, which is true of Leipzig generally as well as this hotel.
- Exceptional
Cons -
- I can't think of anything I didn't like, other than I didn't stay long enough in Leipzig. Oh, I've just thought of something, they have the capsule coffee machine things in the rooms and being British I would much prefer a kettle, but that's really searching for something to whine about.
- I thought I already paid all the amount but at the counter they asked me to pay again for what they called city tax.

Great location Extremely helpful friendly staffClose to transport and the city
Na
The hotel is in a extremely convenient location with fast access to both train station and city centre. The facility was extremely clean and in a good shape for it's age. Outstanding breakfast and extremely friendly employees.
Rooms towards the road are noisy because of the tram, rooms in the backyard face an elderly care home with very noisy dementia patients (e.g. screaming at night)
Everything
The soap holder fell off the shower wall on Saturday and was not fixed on properly, so fell off again on Sunday. This could have injured our feet.
The hotel is very easy to find, right next to Leipzig train station. Friendly reception staff, and large rooms with comfy beds. Would recommend.
Location. Luxury. Staff, exceptionally friendly. Breakfast.
Nice hotel near the central station, comfortable and elegant.
The structure needs a restyling, it's a bit too old. Air conditioning was not easily adjustable. Breakfast was too costly compared to the actual offer.
The staff are fantastic and the atmosphere just lovelyThe courtyard is lovely ... unbelievable so near the main station
Unfortunately it was 35 degrees and rooms don't have Aircon.... But it's an old and wonderful building ..and one can't have everything!
Beautifull Hotel with clean room and wonderful breakfast. Location very good.
Excellent location directly across the street from the train station. Has one of the best breakfast I’ve seen
Restaurant was closed the evening we arrived
The facility was historically and the location was excellent. The breakfast was first class and they had a very friendly staff
The rooms were not modern enough for that kind of facility. Personally I don’t like carpets.
The staff are just lovely. It's a beautiful hotel
Few more hot vegetables at breakfast would be great...and the bar in Sunday didn't really have much food...could that be sorted?

Was very welcoming and friendly staff, also a welcome drink.
Dinner was too expensive for what was offered.
We loved this beautiful hotel in a perfect location! It was a short walk to the Christmas market, which was the reason for the visit. The staff was very friendly and gave us lots of information about the area. In the evening, we just wanted a light dinner. They had a buffet set up with soup, salad, main courses and dessert. We were able to just have the soup and salad for a lesser price than the whole buffet, which worked out well. The room was very comfortable. If the street noise bothered us, they provided ear plugs as well as sleep masks. We would definitely return to this hotel in the future.
Bed was comfortable and Bathroom very clean.
Unfortunately the parking was not possible in the hotel garage due to being fully booked.
Good choice for breakfast, coffee was fantastic, good location, fantastic shower.
The restaurant was closed, the car park was full, so 2 out of the 3 reasons I booked it for in the first place were non-starters, disappointing.
