Clean rooms, helpful housekeeping staff. Wonderful staff member on duty when we arrived, very helpful & welcoming reception even though we arrived very late. Excellent location for our needs.

Breakfast not included. Payment for parking is required, but this seems to be standard in hotels throughout cities in Germany.

I especially liked the ultra-clear magnifying mirror in the bathroom.

Kettle for tea was a welcome addition.

An iron in the room would hav been good, and the bar closed late ... but realy , it was a great stay.

The hotel is located very close to the main train station. I arrived by car and parked across the street in the big shopping mall. The hotel was very cosy, clean, and comfortable. Good breakfast.

I did not appreciate the restaurant's evening menu.

The hotel is in a good location, the breakfast was ok. The staff was friendly.

The bedsheets and pillows smelled bad and feeled dirty. Also the room was not clean enough. There is no information or brochure in the room about how to use the Wi-Fi.

Location is excellent close to the Main Train/Trams Station and a shopping mall right across the street. Staff really cordial. Great to have a minibar to store cool drinks. Room is really spacious and quiet.

Pillows are quite thin - even using two of them sleeping was very uncomfortable. Also bath water leaks from the glass door and bathroom floor was often swamped.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff is really nice and helpful. My room was comfortable . The location was perfect just next to the train station.thank you again I will recommend you to my colleagues.

Room a little cramped. Self check in did not work,.twice the left lift would not work with my card and receptionist had to come, I saw it also happen to others. The shower water pressure was just about acceptable, poor though, I reported it when leaving. So it can be dealt with.

The location was good to access to the old city of Leipzig.

A bit bad smell in the showerbooth. The check in process using a kiosk was not working well.

Great location. Right in the city and a few minute walk from the main train station, trams, etc. Nice clean room and very comfortable. Staff really friendly.

Free bottled water, tea and coffee. Nice fluffy towels and I also got free room upgrade from Booking. Though I'm not sure what's the difference between Business Plus Double Room and standard room as they both look the same on the pictures.

Satellite/Cable channels could only be access if you purchase premium account with a hotel, even though they are advertised as being included in the price of the room. Hairdryer was broken.I was also charged when checking in for the room I already paid for months in advance. Hotel agreed to wave second payment after I approached them, but I am still waiting for it to be refunded

Beds were good. Clean and nice room with 2 chairs and fridge. Lovely staff.

Pillows were thin. Blankets had smell under the over. AC was weak so bit warm

The bed linen was hard and scratchy. The bed matress was too hard, so that my hips hurt in the morning.
