The facilities and clean room

The pillow was not so comfortable

Great low-orice hotel. Lots of electrical outlets. Great breakfast for Euro 17. Close to the central train station. A 10 minute walk to the Markplatz. Helpful staff. Super good WiFi.

Located next to a busy street with streetcars that run almost constantly. Try to get a room facing away from the street.

Good location, Friendly receptionists and clean bathroom

The room is clean and comfortable. Very good location, close to the train station, sightseeing spots, museums, and the zoo. Very comfortable mattress.

There were problems with drainage in the sink and toilet. Not critical, but there was a smell.

Close to train station. They actually had ear plugs in the room (see below).

Room on train side also faced the sun so the room was hot and with no air conditioner, the windows were open and the trams going buy were loud, all night.

Great location, so close to Leipzig central station, only 3 minutes. The check-in and out so fast and nice staff, the room is cozy

This was a very comfortable stopover near the train station in Leipzig. The bed was big and the room was spacious. The staff were lovely. I didn’t have breakfast but the vibe looked great. Coffee was nice!

It is behind the train station if anyone might be worried about something like that.

Terrible attitude

I was charged 50 euros for spilling my medicine(ofc not in purpose in in the bathroom, because they have to clean "clean" more than usual, thats the expication you get.I have problem with my health, i have medicine(in a bottle, green liquid) which i have to use, i can prove it with prescription from doctor and etc. I spilled it accidently at the morning when i was leaving, and i managed toclean the most of it by myself, the rest i couldn’t because i was in a rush for my train. Then they called me said to me that i will be charged 50euros because they have to clean "more".(it was before my flight). Few hourslater i called them i got the most arrogant attitude thats possible, the guy closed me the phone. its not about the 50 euros, its about the attitude, u cant treat people like that.

We really enjoyed the location as we were traveling by train. We found the small lounge area to be a nice place to have a nightcap. Very good Wi-fi connection.

The streetcars of Leipzig start up early in the morning. I know this because the windows provide no sound barrier. I didn't ask for an extra pillow, but I should have.

A very good hotel with friendly staff. Clean and friendly. Good breakfast.

The only drawback is that the shower is leaking in the bathroom. If you open the windows, loud noise can be heard from the street, but the hotel puts earplugs in each room.

Breakfast buffet was plentiful and good price for options. Rooms were very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed.
