Best Western Hotel Leipzig City Centre

The comfort provided in the hotel. The ability of the staff to assist to make a smooth check in and stay. The cleanliness of the room and the open communication to make it a worthy stay for the guests.

The current refurbishment of the restaurant means that a comfortable breakfast is suspended. A good morning breakfast on offer would have made the stay superb.

Great Location near the Railway Station

Eco-green idea is excellent but it would be good to have clean towels on the third day.

Easy check-in and check-out, great lication, friendly personnel and very clean and comfortable rooms.

No complaints.

Location was great, right across the train station. Breakfast was good. The staff was helpful. They were very nice on Christmas and gave everyone a small chocolate.

The bathroom smelled a bit like urine and the toilet was very dirty inside. I cleaned it myself. It needed a fridge and a free bottle of water like other hotels. Pillows are not the best.

Location was convenient. Breakfast was pretty good.

Room had no hand soap, no tissue, no functioning shower gel dispenser… when a new guest arrives all of these things should be checked beforehand! Also, I was given a room on the top floor. It was a long trek to my room! Since the elevator does not go to the top floor, I had to carry my bag up the last flight of stairs. It was inconvenient and the hotel offered no assistance.

Very small room/ poor shower/...

1980 shower

Great Location, right at the oppositie side of the main train station and nearby centre

Room was not clean, towels were not replaced, blankets were not cleanVery basic breakfast and small serving area for a hotel with so many guests,

Cosy, clean, efficient rooms. Staff was very friendly. Great location, the city centre is just minutes away by foot. All major tram and bus lines literally in front of the door.

It might get a bit loud outside, which did not bother me, but others might.

Friendly staff, convenient location, good facilities

The room was somewhat on the small side

Location

The toilet had stains and hairs. The room had a horrible smell, a mix of anti-mold staff and basements. The smell was only bearable when opening the window, but then it was so loud you couldn’t sleep.

Excellent location, nice room, helpful staff and breakfast was nice

Location is great as it’s just across the road from Leipzig hbf station

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff

Good location, friendly, kind staff, clean room, parking house is near.

The location is right across the main central station, which makes it easier to catch the train the next morning. The rooms were clean, comfortable and very quiet.

Clean room. Good location opposite the station and by tram lines

Very well priced for the location, room small but has everything you need and is quiet and clean, and every member of staff I encountered was kind and helpful!

Nothing, really pleasant stay :-)

Convenient location.Nice hot shower. Kettle in the room.Covered the basics.

Bed was very soft. Pillows the same.

Location is prefect right across form central train station which is like a giant mall with everything you can dream of.Room was perfect

The only thing was there was no cooler or small freezer in the room to store little food and medicine

The location of the hotel directly opposite the main railway station was a bonus. The self check in sent by email link saved a bit of time on arrival. The allocated room was found to have a defective air conditioning unit, this was checked by the staff and a replacement room offered which I accepted. There was a varied assortment of items at the breakfast which should suit most tastes.

Having to request the room cleaning each day, this should be a given and the option to opt out if you don't want or require it.Otherwise all was good.

Very accommodating, we were able to drop our luggage before heading out for a wedding and it was no issue at all to return only late at night. Rooms were clean and ans location is right ne t to the central train station

The bedding felt a bit strange and was not super comfortable, both the bed sheets used and the heavy weight of the blanket
