The staff member from France named Feri was outstanding!

Location is perfect, good breakfast, reasonable price, parking onsite

location was good. The staff was also cooperative. The staff has taken action in prompt for the problem addressed for the door lock.

The key (door card) did not work well with the room assigned 516. Then instantly the room was changed to 530. Suggest to kindly perform regular checks for the same.

We liked the room and the breakfast. We had tickets for classical concerts and an opera both venues of which were in short walking distance.

Nothing could have been better.

Amazing location with excellent staff on reception who were always helpful. The room was large, very comfortable with good facilities. Breakfast was decent. Good value overall.

Our phone didn't work and I needed help connecting to WiFi each day of my stay. I was surprised to see there wasn't a kettle with tea and coffee.

Second time in this hotel because we are happy with it. For the price it’s just a fine place. I especially like the fact that the room is spacious and well isolated.

The bathroom is a little worn. The window cannot be opened and this time the room was a bit too warm.

The location was very central and close to airport, but also plenty of space in the carpark. The suite was very spacious and well equipped including free minibar and good working space. Very good breakfast and also a reasonable gym. The Bar is open till 11:00pm, even on holidays. Very reasonable price.

No Spa.

Location and staff were very helpful.

Towels were of very poor quality… the sort you would use as rags at home.Windows were covered in bird muck and cigarette ends were lying just outside the window.Shower tray was very slippery and spongy… a non slip mat needs to be provided.Two single beds were just pushed together to make a “king size double”… with no mattress topper as advised.

All except parking.

We could not enter the hotel parkingplace. We got no help. We spent 40 minuter to find away in.

The breakfast was good. The location was ideal right on the edge of town with easy access to all facilities and trams. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

In the offer they write, that the hotel provides parking, but they do not mention, that NOT FOR ALL GUESTS! Instead, they recommend one of the public parkings in vicinity (5-10 min walk). It is not a big problem, but if one expects to get the parking in, or at the hotel, can be dissapointed.

Bed really poor quality and uncomfortable for standard of room had a sore back and bad night's sleep for entirety of my trip to Germany as a result. Air con too complicated to operate and therefore room temperature could never be adjust right. Shower was very good .

Friendly, service-oriented, front desk, and bar staff. Clean, good quality furniture, fantastic location.

Gym had no elliptical nor dreadmill, even though there was space.The water flow in the shower was insuffcient, it was more like a trickle.

The breakfast was varied. We celebrated a birthday and an anniversary and the hotel staff surprised us with wine, cake, and treats.

One of the rooms we were given was not clean enough.

Very central location close to the centre within walking distance. A parking garage (Qpark) is across the street under the square and it is spacious and has plenty of parking space. It costs € 20 for the 20 hours that we parked. The hotel has very quiet rooms with good noise isolation and good ac (35 degrees Celsius when we visited). I chose a no breakfast option but there’s a bakery just across the street. The staff was friendly and helpful.

If I must mention something then they might offer towels that are a bit thicker.

Good location of the hotel - near the Old town. Very good size on the room - with large windows and a view over the town square with walking people around. A dark furnished room - but it seemed to have been renovated in the bathroom recently.Close to the train station.Large and nice selection at breakfast.Older hotel that seems to be renovating over time.

It was tricky to find the entrance to the parking space. Trouble when checking out. We had paid all the fees - and parking! - when checking in. When checking out the reception desk wanted us to pay again! They had no notes of us paying nor a copy of the payment. A discussion followed. Fortunately I had saved the receipt in my suitcase - which I hade to open in the reception in front of all guests to proof our payment. Not a pleasant experience.

Good location, close to the city centre and well connected by public transport with other parts of the city. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good (but very busy). Overall, a very pleasant stay.

There were no tea and coffee facilities in the room, and it was rather difficult to get a cup of tea in the evening (the bar, which was open, does not serve tea). Although the room was generally quiet, I could hear the TV in the adjacent room (thin walls), late into the night.
