Shower was hard to control in terms of temperature. If someone else altered the pressure you got scalded

The hotel is centrally located.Breakfast is good.

The room.was smelling cigarette. The staff didn't understand that it requires a special cleaning. There was noise from.outside and inside,. The air conditionning was noisy, even when turned off. I could not sleep at all.

The hotel is right in the center, but can be tricky to get into at first. The room was spacious and the breakfast was very good with wide option of foods. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The structure of this hotel is interesting with reception in the top floor (5th) and rooms below (1-4th).

The shower was a bit too modern for me, but it is just my preference.

The elevator. There is only 1 elevator, that is very slow. I think they should do something about that.

I found the location was really good and I loved my big room with a lovely view to a church. I felt my hotel room was very cosy, clean and no noise.

The first room I got was not cleaned yet. Whereas I am not irritated that errors in the computer system can happen I felt the young staff members at the reception were slightly overwhelmed with the unexpected task to simply find me quickly a room that is available. The proces was not smooth but the result was great, as I received a lovely big room.

Breakfast was amazing, location is ideal.

The shower temperature fluctuates every 10 seconds, couldn't relax showering, had to keep an eye on that temperature all the time to not burn or freeze.

The property was nice, the rooms were also comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

You could hear the music from the club downstairs all night long. I had trouble sleeping and the music was still playing and could be heard in the room when we left the hotel at 5.30AM. I will not stay here again purely because of this.

The room had lovely decor and was comfortably stylish. Everything was clean, shiny and in its place. Security was good. Many good eating places around it. Breakfasts were excellent. Cosy, elegant and comfortable.

The location was really great, close to the opera and in the centre. When you reserve, the hotel will send a link for a discount on parking. Clean room

Maybe not for others but we always have a bit of an issue that the towels are renewed anyhow, even when we hang them to dry. Breakfast is good but can be a bit crowded.

It was close to the Christmas Markets

There was so much noise in the streets after 10pm. On our second night the people yelling and partying at the bar on zero level of the building lasted until 5am. The bed was OK. The room was too warm with the heat off and while we could open a window, we really couldn't because it compounded the problem of the noise.I would not recommend this hotel because of the noise.

Breakfast was just okay. We were expecting better from a European Best Western. Who serves chicken nuggets for breakfast?Power outage and fire alarm requiring us to exit hotel for a while was a pain.

Location of hotel and room were excellent, bed comfortable and room spacious. Breakfast was great too. Hotel was close to everything we wanted to visit.
