The room has two separate bed and a clean bad room. It is good for staying one or two times over night and sleeping, also for 2 person. 1,5 km to Leipzig city by walk or tram.

Has all the amenities required

Could be a bit more cozy , some amenities felt a bit basic. Also if you have heavy luggage the elevator doesn’t cover all areas of the hotel

The room was neat and tidy. The staff was polite and friendly. I wish they had provided at least an electric kettle and an iron in the room. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay.

The location is very practical, in a rather quiet street but very close to traffic connections (tram, buses) invarious directions. Value for money is excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I have no serious complaints. There's some noise in the morning, not more than usual for a hotel or similar accommodation.

I think 18 euro for breakfast it’s just excessively much i’ve stayed in way better and luxurious hotels and the breakfast wasn’t 18 euro.

Nice location. Public parking nearby. We were lucky to book a room for three, and it was spacious. The room had a fringe and a rocking chair. Overall planning is great, and window view in room #316 is gorgeous. The easiest check-in. Sparkling water as a compliment.

A lot of dust behind the sofa and other not visible places. Lack of glasses for water. Shower drain should be improved.

It was clean and quite and warm room, perfect for my short stay.

I didn't get a chance to have breakfast as they stopped serving at 10 am, I was a couple of minutes too late as I had been out early. The room was basic which I was expecting and it was clean, there are tea and coffee facilities left in the corridor outside of the room which I didn't see until I was on my way out in the morning. The lady on reception called me as I had not checked in and wouldn't be arriving until late (after 9pm), she was very pleasant and helpful and gave me all the instructions I needed to gain access to the building, which in the end I did not need.

Bed was terrible and cleaning service got into our room the last day while we were still sleeping even though they clearly knew we had until 11 to leave the room

Small rooms

Nice location with easy access to the city center by tram. 200m from the main street with bars. Breakfast was cool, with plenty of options. I've missed only coffee machine and porridge. I also like the entrance from the garden and birds in the morning

The staff wasnt friendly, just necessecary actions without empathyWifi was without password (unsecured) and weak signal, totally lost in the bathroom

Amazing staffs, clean, good food and amazing location! Our Euro 2024 experience was made far far better by the staffs there. Highly recommend!

Nothing much

In Leipzig in June sun rises before 5 am but this hotel did not want to invest in decent curtains that would enable that the room is dark. Also, pillows are really bad.

1. The staffWhen we arrived for check-in there was a friendly guy who welcoming us. He speaks fluent english and very helpful to brief us about the Leipzig city by showing us a map. The same guy also provided us a clothes steamer which the only unit that they have when we requested for an iron.He also gave us the metal spoons when we requested for a disposable one.Kudos to this staff for being very helpful and attending to our request with ? on his face!

We stayed on the 6th floor and the room temperature was quite hot at night. We are not sure whether it was the summer time or the heater being activated at night.

It was cosy, clean and walking distance from the city center. Pleasant staff, nice breakfast and good WiFi connection. I can definitely recommend it.
