Very good location. Near the major sights and easy walk from train

The atmosphere down stairs was good. Nothing wow, but good place, good vibes

Almost everything. The room was smaller then i ordered. The tv was only german with nothing special, i mean for an hotel, there will be people outside from germany there not only germans... anyway, the heating did not work, i called service he came like 30 min later, the worst part he just opened the door with the key without even nocking. I meqn yea he nocked my point is he went alone inside... anyway he spoke 0 english, with my poor german tried to explain for him to wait 1 min so i can change. I came out he was gone. Anyway did not bother to call them again since the service was anyway just sooo shit. I ordered room with an big one bed. I especialy texted them to make sure i get an one big bed. They answered quick and said yes no worry. I arrived the room was with two beds ?, i was gonna go down beat the arogant bearded man ass that gave me the room, but of course did not. Then on the site it says free parking, well they lying obviously since i paid 24€ per day. Be careful guys dont and just dont take this hotel as an option. I give u my advice! My advice!Also now i see that i could share photos here, i was so discussed that i was shy to make photo from the hotel so someone doesent laugh at me. But i should have done it and post it here

Clean, spacious room with a lovely view of the city. Really central location, close to the main train station, supermarket, old center, while still being quiet.

The pool is rather small overall. Works if you're only there with friends, family but gets tight if there's more than 2 - 3 people.

The sauna and pool are real positives. There’s also good beer and nibbles a available at the kiosk.

Great staff - it’s really good value and has a good gym, pool and sauna

Lack of communication during a power cut

Centrality, nice staff. 24 hr pool. Art gallery. Air conditioning.

The atmosphere is dark. Elevators left dysfunctional. Not allowed to use stairs. Small rooms. Must use key card for every elevator lift. The guests were unhappy.Crowded breakfast. One cappuccino machine for na entire hotel. The guests were miserable, complained about the time it took elevators to arrive, complained about breakfast lines. I’ve never been around such unhappy travelers. The hotel attracts a lot of older guests and families although it seems geared towards to younger, affluent professionals. Odd atmosphere.

Nice breakfast. Nice family room. Would stay here again.

No water kettle in room.

The Hotel was big and very cozy.Rezeption and bar was giving a good vibe.On the night if our stay it was a party till late and we were able to enjoy it. That gave the Hotel a big bonus from our part and we forgot that we were not satisfied with the room.

The room was not like expected compared to price.In the end I would say that we will come again because of the swimming pool and vibe at night time.

room was large and quiet, as requested. breakfast was absolutely huge and very plentiful. the bar/reception area feels open and inclusive, very nice.

our son forgot his soft toy in the room and we called and emailed straight away to inform the staff but housekeeping was unable to locate it which I found strange and disappointing.

It’s very convenient location. I like my room as it’s very close to gym’s elevator. Love the location as nearby everywhere. Lobby’s Restaurant is good and reasonable prices.

1) the gym’s is actually never closed 2) the shelf from the room entrance was too sharp! I even accidentally hurt myself when I walked out from the restroom towards to the door then my right knee hit directly to the corner of the shelf and is was pain like hell ???

Sauna was good. Shower is great as well!

Changing room for sauna or pool is really bad! It does not match at all the quality of the rest of the hotel facilities. It is a surprisingly uncomfortable room to change in. We just changed in your hotel room instead.

Class hotel, close to bahnhof and very close to old town area. Cool hotel, great food selection and nice and laid , bonus of midday check out so you can the sights before you move on

Close to the city centre , the style and design, warm and welcoming staff, spacious rooms and beds.

The only thing I could pick out was the room carpet had some slight stains and could maybe be renewed.

Everything was great! The room was big, clean and comfy. Breakfast - there were a lot of different things to choose between, so also very good.

It was a little cold in the room at night, but that's it.

Great location, breakfast was very good. Rooms were good for the price but not amazing. It felt fairly new but built cheaply for a big hotel. Kids loved it and there’s plenty for them to do there with the pool, pool table and a few other games and things.

The pool is fairly small but I guess it’s fine. The fold out couch is not comfortable at all and you should ask for another option. My backs pretty sore after 2 nights on it and I can sleep anywhere! Staff didn’t follow through with things. I took my dirty cups to the front desk and asked the duty manager if I could swap them for clean ones. I also reported that the toilet flush button had popped out of the wall and needed to be repaired. I’m not a complainer but was letting them know. She said staff would bring up clean cups asap and someone would also come and look at the broken toilet. Nobody ever arrived for either problem and we stayed there another night.I don’t want to sound negative about the place because overall it was ok and we enjoyed our stay. Would I stay there again? Maybe. I’d look at other option in that price range first though.

Nice stay, the bar area is chilled out, children can play on the games consoles for free and pool table was also free to use.Rooms were nice, nice to also have a swim.

Not quite finished in terms of work renovating the swimming pool area, sauna not working for instance, so I do think the stay should have been discounted owing to the facilities. When it’s all finished it will look nice & likely be good value.

The fitness pool and sauna was nice.Room was clean.Ambience and design was cool.

- Breakfast buffet is not four-star quality, too little choices from savory food (fried eggs, omlette, bacon, pancakes, cold cuts and cheese and that was pretty much it).- Room amenities is zero: no coffee and tea, no kettle, not even a complementary water bottle. Very disappointing for a 4-star hotel.

Great location, large comfortable bed, zero noise. Plus a very good shower, a gym and a swimming pool. Breakfast was nice too! Overall we had a great time in the hotel. It seems like they put a lot of thought into making it a comfortable and fun stay.

Only very minor things:We didn’t have any robes in the room, it would’ve made it more convenient to get from the pool back to the room. Also would’ve been nicer if there had been pool towels available somewhere in the pool area (we just used the normal ones from the room).The gym was very hot.
