Angela the lady from the reception was so nice and helped us to find a great restaurant for the evening and even on the morning we had to leave early so she let us get on to breakfast few minutes earlier.In total the staff was extremely nice and helped us in any question we hadThe facilities were great and the room and hotel were clean and beautiful

The peace and quite is the first thing that gets your attention, followed by the obvious care and attention taken to the complex. You are greeted by professional cheery friendly enthusiastic staff who make check in pleasant and quick. All the amenities are excellent as was the food and wine. All the staff are professional friendly and helpful. I cannot fault this place

Wonderful place with great staff. Everyone was so friendly and professional. From the moment we arrived till our departure we were taken care in the best possible way.The whole place was very clean, rooms and beds very comfortable. Spa area was very nice. Breakfast was delicious with very good choice of different products. The same I can say about dinners.We will definitely come back!

Staff were lovely & it's a lovely experience and atmosphere we had just stayed in another hotel and this was like a breath of fresh air after staying in this.Manager in reception was also very welcoming and organised taxis for us to the airport. Highly recommend if flying out from turin airport the spa is great

Everything!!!It was absolutely amazing.The place is beautiful, relaxing- they have sauna (the outdoor one was spectacular), jacuzzi, hamam- every thing that you to enjoy and relax.The room was amazing, well organised and comfortable.They have a great restaurant, to finish the evening on the best way.And on top it all- the staff is incredible, all of them!they did everything to make us feel welcome and make sure that we are having the most wonderful stay there. I really want to thank you- we had a great time, and we will return for sure!!

Our favorite part of the stay was definitely the spacious room. We loved lounging by the pool, grabbing a cocktail at the pool bar, and relaxing in the jacuzzi to unwind. The views from breakfast were stunning! Sitting on the patio with a delicious meal was the perfect way to start each morning.

If we must provide a negative point, personal taste being what it is, we prefer that the Italian pastries served at breakfast didn't have a citrus flavor.

Breakfast was great and the evening meal was very good. Recommendation from the staff for the wine was also very welcomed. Everybody wanted to help and provide service, great hotel location if you want to be with nature or play golf - as I did. The hotel also provides charging points for your car - it was slow charging, but adequate for what I needed.

Dinner hall was a little soulless given the surroundings - but this is a very minor point as the food and staff were excellent!

Wonderful location for visiting Venaria from outside Turin.Very friendly & professional staff. Nice swimming pool and spa facilities. Very private and calm setting in La Mandria park. Very clean.

Beautiful swimming pool, relax zone, wellness. Supercomfy bed. Huge area - looks like a fort, so supersafe place. Staff at the reception and during breakfast was supernice. Tasty breakfast.

Staff in the restaurant during the dinner was superslow, they didnt care about us at all. Menu is only italian, you have to translate everything and we werent the only guests who were in trouble with ordering.

The location is unique and very attractive. The hotel is beautifully clean and attractive. It is calm and quiet. The attitude of the manageent team and staff was utterly professional. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Room could have been a little bigger. Coffee machine was temperamental. Would have liked more facilities like a tennis court but overall a lovely place.

Amazing position, super quiet, and close to two of the most beautiful golf courses in Italy. Good breakfast, but from such an amazing place, I was expecting something more.

the dinner at the hotel was not according to our taste. very piemontese food but nothing to our taste.

Peaceful hotel which I imagine comes alive in the summer. We stopped over for a night before a flight from Turin and were impressed with the clean and comfortable rooms, relaxing spa and tentative staff. The restaurant was particularly good, we were expecting average hotel food and this far surpassed expectations.

Both swimming pools were out of action but this was understandable as we visited at a quiet time of year.

Wow! This is a private holding inside of a National Park! Away from traffic and noise. Completely private. Great place. We even saw 2 cinghiale on the way in!

We got there after dark due to the snow. It would have been better to have a week instead of one day. Great place.
