Nice room with a lot of space.Underground parking.My room had a balcony. Nice surprise.

It was cold. I checked the air-condition adjustments and they were at 23 degrees C.But for sure it was much colder.

Location is excellent for Bergamo airport, room is big enough and clean. Staff speaks very good English and do everything to serve.

The lights in the room should be much more simple - nobody wants to handle electrical cabinet . Shuttle driver borrowed from F1 team , but to risky for regular passengers. Also he dropped us far away from departure hall - not expected for hotel shuttle.

The hotel had delicious breakfasts and a very convenient location. Grocery stores were nearby, and it was easy to reach public transport stops. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable.

walk from airport to hotel. The blonde hair young man was so very nice, helpful, and his English was excellent. I asked for water and one minute later he knocking on the door. I asked for a screwdriver to fix my luggage handle and he found one and delivered it. The rooms are new, clean, and bathroom large. Everything worked well. Hot water, water pressure good.

Hard beds. The lobby was old, small, and dark. Breakfast could be a lot better. WE ate at the mall across the street from the airport. They have everything, cooking fresh while you wait. It's next to the supermarket in the mall.

Near the airport, underground parking included, friendly staff.

It was a warm room as hell. AC wasn't able to lower the temperature, as it was just slightly blowing some air. Changing the temperature on the panel didn't do any effect. The room was dirty in places u don't usually look at (under the dining table). The kitchen facilities were totally worn. No knife, no sponge for dishes as well as gel to wash it. Quite expensive for a 4 star hotel.

it is a walking distance (15min) from the airport with a nice sidewalk. the room was spacious.

there was no towel hangers near the sink.

Staff were amazing, shuttle on time. Rooms , clean, very comfortable.

Lack of tea in room.

We had a great stay at this hotel near Orio al Serio airport. The location is super convenient—just a short walk from the airport, with the option to arrange a shuttle if needed. The room was big, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the friendly staff, especially the receptionist who waited for us upon our evening arrival—so welcoming and ready to help with anything. Perfect for a stopover!

Very friendly staff, very helpful. The shuttle is very handy and good value for money.

Very good location - 15min walking distance from the airport. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Breakfast is ok - ham, cheese, salami, bread, eggs, various pastries. Very bad coffee, almost not drinkable. The reception is open 24h, it is possible to order the shuttle to the airport for 10 EUR per room.

Superb communication and very welcoming. Anna at the front desk is phenomenal and Mr. Billy, the shuttle driver, is a rockstar. The other team members I encountered, from the front desk to the cleaning lady, were friendly and professional. Clean room, great location. I cannot wait to go back.

The staff at front desk were fantastic! I did'nt catch her name, but she spoke fluent english and was very accomodating. Would definitely stay again when visiting Bergamo.

One of the best choice for BGY airport at this price. You don't need a shuttle. The airport is in a 20' walking distance.

The receptionist and the transfer service to the airport were extremely effective. In particular the receptionist has delivered a top support. As the hotel do not have a restaurant, she advised on the best way to have dinner. Extremely kind, I was perfectly informed about what to do and how to experience at best my stay.

The breakfast service is ok, but I did not appreciate the one-use cutlery and plates, even if wooden made.It made the breakfast experience a bit uncomfortable. Food and drinks were anyway of good quality.

The separated bathroom area, tea set in the room. The hotel is close to the airport.

The bed is an open coach. It was not very comfortable for a couple. The breakfast area is an outside covered terrace. It's quite cold in winter if you are not prepared and go for a breakfast without your coat.

Perfect location, close to the airport. Spacious and comfy room. Convenient airport shuttle options.
