NH Orio al Serio Airport

Location of the hotel is excellent for the late arrival to Bergamo, for the flights from Bergamo airport and last minute shopping. Front desk and restaurant stuff is very responsive and helpful.

The staffs are so nice and informative

I dont have any

Location

The price was very high and the room was not very clean.

Convenient location right next to Bergamo airport. Comfortable bed and very convenient if one has a very early flight to catch.

The walk next to the highway and across the shopping mall can feel a bit shady for a solo female traveler

Super close to the airport. Walking distance to it and the mall.

The location was great, everything was somewhere between a five and 20 minute walk, so that made us pretty happy. It’s not actually very close to the Acropolis. It’s like a .8 of a mile away, and you can’t see it from the apartment, but it’s teeny tiny on a hilltop. I liked that we could see it, but the best parts were just that it was warm, the beds were comfortable, and the hot tub tubs were a super bonus. They aren’t plunge pools by any means, they are 100% hot tubs.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t an instruction manual so we didn’t know where to throw away the garbage and nobody came. We also ran out of toilet paper and had to go to the store and buy it because they only give you one roll.I think this is an amazing stay for two nights or fewer, otherwise if you feel like staying longer, you need to commit to paying €35 per room and getting a cleaning… Because otherwise that doesn’t happen. You also have to schedule it, probably the night before.

This is the one option for top class accomodation in the BGY apt area

No shuttle from/to airport. It would be easy and cheap to make a small electric vehicle available upon request. A 1mile unpaved path, underpass, stroll through a shopping mall parking lot can be challenging with luggage.

I like how close it is from the airport and the shopping mall right next to it where you can find pretty much everything. We had an early flight so we decided to walk from the hotel. Approximately 15 minutes walking distance. The beds were also comfortable.

We had to be careful in the shower as it was a bit slippery.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable. They kindly upgraded our room, which was spotless and well-equipped. The free parking area is spacious and convenient — perfect for travelers with cars.

Everything was great; nothing to complain about

First of all thanks for staff in reservation, house keeping and breakfast services. It's close to the airport and the Orio Mall next to the hotel. The quality of pillow and mattress are so good. Comfortable stay

Super convenient to airport and to a mall next door with decent dinner options and great shopping.

Clean , confortable , good breakfast

I'd expect the rooms looking better on 4 stars; old furniture.

Close to the airport. Walkable but if it’s raining, it’s not so pleasant. Room was clean and great size. Had lots of amenities.

Couldn’t make the room cooler. It got warm throughout the night while sleeping.

We stayed one night just before early morning flight from Bergamo Airport. Hotel is just across the airport building, even though you should walk through the parking to get the airport around 15 min. Hotel is very good and comfortable, next building to big shopping mall.

Furniture in our room was a bit old but everything in good condition and very clean, what is most important

Location and staff.

Room size and a way too soft mattress.

good standard ihotel close to bgy

pricey beast At 16 EUROS

It’s across the street from the airport, but you need and 10-12 min walk to go around the highway

Could be more comfortable for the price

Room clean , and restaurant hall

Ac was not cooling after out from the room and back found it extremely hot ?

The location.

The smell, it was off. even more in the room. Price was too high for what it offered.

The location.

The mattress is so uncomfortable, every movement can be sensed when sleeping 2 people together, it is very hard as well, so are the pillows, very hard. The room is super small, opening a large luggage is almost impossible.
