Free parking outside
Pool was closed though advertised on booking as open. Staff never seemed to be at desk in the evening. Housekeeping don't work past 11, so kept missing the room. Walls are paper thin, could hear all other guest talking, shouting, laughing. Nothing worse than finding hairs in your clean towels.. To be fair, I stayed off season, maybe its different in the summer.

Airconditioning does niet work well if it’s hot, rooms remain at least around 22 tot 25 c which making sleeping difficult
Good Hotel near Milan and most famous lakes. We appreciate location, service, room facilities and the total atmosphere of the hotel. Clean, comfortable and cozy hotel I will recommend to everyone who plans their trip to Milan and the lakes.
We liked everything
The room was very good standard, with a comfortable bed ,very modern bathroom and quiet location
The pool area was very nice with a bar service. Good sized pool. The restaurant was lovely as we could sit outside in the beautiful garden.
There were no bathrobes, which would be expected in a 4 star hotel. This meant that we had to walk through the restaurant to the pool wrapped in swimming towels.The breakfast was not very good.
Quiet, comfortable, clean, and a special place. There is a restaurant with very delicious food, and all the people working are very nice and make you feel at home.

No access to USB was not ideal but staff offered 2 charger heads which was very convenient
Its in a quiet region, we just stayed one night and it was ok. Surprising breakfast to be honest, with a lot of diffrent food. Also the stuff very kind people. Super clean hotel.
