Inverigo Hotel

The hotel is situated next to a main road that provides easy access to the hotel. The staff was helpful and the administration was quick. The room was large and nice. There was a wide selection of food for breakfast. Recommended to stay there!

The bathroom had no blackout curtain.

Hotel is nice, has a really fancy good looking restaurant.

Room was not clean and I could find do not disturb text in the room, I would prefer to not anyone came during my stay.

Nothing special, just the location since we had to visit lake Como

- The property is also a restaurant and the night we came the front drive way was blocked by customers who had came for dinner. We had to drive all the way back and drag our luggage. Seems the management seemed to care more about their restaurant than the hotel. - I tried to take a shower the night we arrived and there was no hot water and yes I know how to use the shower since there was hot water the next morning

First impressions are important - staff really pleasant and helpful.We arrived late afternoon - this is a very busy restaurant with a hotel/ rooms.The food was excellent, the service was excellent, the people were excellent.I was on a trip with my son to the F1 at Monza - there are some hotels I stay at through my work that I say I would not take my wife to...I would definitely bring my wife to Inverigo Hotel - it was a great stay and a lucky find for us.

Nothing to input here...it was all really very good and such a pleasant surprise.Please pass on our thanks to the team at the inverigo Hotel...we will be back!

The staff was very efficient and polite. Hotel has a big parking lot. Facilities and location excellent

Beds were comfy

The bathrooms were not clean they had alot of mold and towels were dish cloths not actual towels . Also there were many spider webs on the ceiling and many mosquitos in the room I was staying in.

I had stayed last year and the hotel was much the same. The restaurant is very good and the main reason why I choose this hotel. The hotel itself is fine and slightly better than the average chain "box", for example individual soap, shower gel. Hotel is reasonably good value.

The breakfast is OK but could be more inspiring - no hot items such as bacon and egg- which I would expect a hotel at this level to offer. In summary, satisfactory but I have had better elsewhere.

no kettle in room but reception would bring us tea etc to our room no problem for them

Definitely not a 4star hotel !!! Room was not clean (long term uncleaness),, broken shower hose, very old furniture, really bad doors so yan can hear everybody at hall.

breakfast was good, staff was friendly, the restaurant was ok

the room had a bit of an odor, needs renewal. The walls and furniture were damaged in several places. The bathroom was clean, except the toilet brush was completely filthy, probably not checked before the room was rented out again, it should have been replaced, was really disgusting, we stayed in room 207. I hope the next customer has more luck.

It was clean

The location very far from the intended destination, there are no practical options for luggage transfer and the customer have to move his luggage by himself with a very small elevator. There was a lot of noice starting 5:40 am all the sound was in the room

Old baked oil smell with alot of dust in the room

The hotel stank all the time to old baked oil. Especially my room 210 This hotel had the worst smell and was the most dusty room i had in 2 years traveling. I addressed the issue and they couldnt do anything.

Ok for one night

You could see that the facilities were already a bit older. Walls were badly soundproofed, we could hear the whole conversation of our neighbours.

The support from staff. I was stuck. At a place where no Taxi was available. They went the extra mile for the same Hotel Taxi driver to pick us up. Very supportive Hotel staff indeed.Promt Hotel Taxi service too. Always arrived earlier then booked..

The restaurant was the highlight of our stay; a good selection of food, the quality exceeded our expectations and it was good value. It was a large restaurant and packed with locals on Saturday night which tells you something.

The bathroom facilities didn't function very well. The sink tap was touch-free (fine) but the jet of water too strong and close to the wall so it splashed. The shower was too complicated, and the main overhead unit leaked so it squirted over the shower curtain and into the larger area of the bathroom (which wet the toilet paper for example). The shower head needs cleaning to produce a consistent flow and be further away from the wall.
