Avoid at all cost, even for 70 a night

Rooms are very outdated with broken facilities. Hallways smells like smoke and found some stains and other nasty things I didn’t want to see. Next to that I had to give back the key to reception when I wanted to leave which I find very strange. This was because “there is big trouble if I loose it”.

There was a man in reception no friendly at all. Between 16h and 21h, he turned on a very loud eletronic music that you can hear everything from inside your room.

Not sure how to answer this.

The room was incredibly small. Shower was tiny. bed was uncomfortable. the ac unit in the room barely blew any air at all.

The hotel is big, lovely and clean .

The two first night the room was cold ,because the heater wasn’t working after that the heater started working but timer which was just working during the night . Then the water wasn’t hot . The Wi-Fi is not strong enough anytime you are watching YouTube or Netflix the Wi-Fi just go off which I decided to use my data .

Nothing at all, well, the girl when we left (morning) was kind and professional.

The guy at the reception during the afternoon had techno music at high volume, can not talk, can not hear anything. Very unprofessional. Never seen before.The Bedroom is old and needs an update. The floor is full of dust and the bed had coffee or something else on it. the walls had humidity. It's the worst Hotel I've been in years.

Reception in the night was friendly. Bathroom is clean.

Street noise, lack of adequate isolation, I woke up repeatedly at night. Bathroom shower low pressure and rusty. The man in the morning reception is bad. You think he is the customer. He talks loudly. He watches YouTube and laughs out loud while we were sitting on the seats waiting the cleaning ladies. He treats you like a thief. You want to steal the room key. Lack of tact. The pillows are small and uncomfortable and the carpets are not clean. Insects on the floor and in the mattress. Lightening is dark in the room. I am surprised that it is rated with 4 stars!!

It was good value for our money. Very clean.

The radio in the reception area was too loud. The receptionist could have lower down the volume of it as we came so as not to talked too loud with him.

The location from the Monza circuit

The hotel is below average and most of all outdated, not a 4 star as advertised. Room and corridor smelling, walls of the room stained with water damage, chairs stained of coffee, no proper AC in the room they provided a small portable ventilator instead. Pool area was closed couldn’t go even next to the pool sitting. Towels where thin as paper ( never saw towels like that) , shampoo and shower gel not provided in the shower. We had to go and by from a super market the shower gel. Advertised as 4 star but we where struggling to understand why this hotel is a 4 star!!! Maybe 40 years ago !

Breakfast was good

AC wasn't working, the frig wasn't working

very friendly and kind staff...the location wasperfect for me...restaurant and comercila centre just a few Meters Away.

Room was clean nd big.

Mattress was not good to sleep, disturbance from neighbors, staff was rude to our guests. Not a four star hotel its like 3 star

Larger rooms, larger beds, breakfast service.

For the price we paid, it certainly not worth it.

Room was old and had no heating or cooling. The sheets were torn, there was 2 sets of stairs and no elevators................not sure how this is a 4 STAR hotel.

Staff was good

Room was too small , congested and not clean properly, there was a bad smell in that room .

The hotel room was very nicely furnished.Bed was comfy. Safe in room. Great value for money.

No tea or coffee facility in room, which is common in Italy. Lighting was quite low in room. Larger or extra pillows would be nice..
