Guests can also benefit from the convenient 24-hour front desk service that Montecarlo provides. Hotel Montecarlo’s restaurant serves local Chilean dishes, as well as international dishes. The hotel also features a bar. It’s less than a 5-minute walk from the Universidad Católica Metro Station and only a 10 minute walk to the bustling main square Plaza de Armas.

- The localization is amazing!
- Great location. It's in the nice part of town, near to a University and a college I think. Felt safe around the area. The cafes nearby were great, good food & coffee options to choose from. I arrived very early and the staff allowed me to check in.
Cons -
- The Wi-Fi was very unstable, the shower temperature fluctuates, and the night staff did not speak English. The breakfast was very very simple.
- The toilet needs abit of servicing. By the time I was done with the shower, there's a pool of water in the shower area. Lots of noise coming from neighbors opening and closing doors next to me. Also, noise from road traffic just in front. Perhaps rooms need to invest in soundproofing windows & walls to make for an excellent stay.
