Pros +
- Location was awesome, just across the road from the village. Rooms were clean and tidy, Daily breakfast was a bonus however we did have to keep asking for the hot food to be restocked

- Great location and very clean.
Cons -
- The room had a view on the parking. The buses boarding at 4am was a nuisance.Breakfast was very limited. Basic bread and cheese for 18e. I'd be better off with a gas station food.Generally had this shining vibe I must say
- Having to ask for more hot food on the breakfast buffet, they kept running out
- No coffee / tea making facilities in the room. Bottle of water on arrival in the room but this was not replaced daily.

Great location and very clean.
Needs some renovations, very small shower and bathroom overall, beds weren’t too comfortable and the one thing we asked for (a kettle) wasn’t provided.
Its a good location.
The cleaning service would come by too many times, we were there for 2 nights, the first morning the cleaners came 4 times while we were trying to sleep in, the day we were checking out, they came 1 5 hours before checkout to make sure we were checking out.
To much money paid for a hotel with the quality level of a hostel.
Room on the ground floor next to hotel's kitchen. Always staff outside, smoking talking making noise, from early in the morning till again early in the morning, then followed by loud schlager music.
The staff was wonderful as well as the position & ease to park
I was not impressed with the dormitory style corridors and thin doors. Didnt feel like a hotel but a hostel. Inside the rooms were very nice and simple. Have a convention with a factory and therefore a lot of lingering in the lobby at nights.
absolutely nothing, it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed my entire life. The receptionist, it was a very very rude woman, not even let me talk, she just hang up the phone ?♀️All I wanted was a blanket, because it was very cold and we were 2 people and only one blanket, and she just told me that she is too busy and simply hang up the phone ??
the lady receptionist should not work in this section, talking to customers is NOT FOR HER
Location is very good
This hotel has always workers from abroad, super loud. We have visited the Hotel before and recognised same issue but this time was worst. The information given was, that they have a contract with a company and these workers are there for that company. They smoke, drink until 4am in the night with music. The hotel's reception is not available from 10pm until early morning. So we could not even complain. After informing the hotel they said we should call the police for the noice. Really a bad experience
Great location. Helpful bar staff when we returned late. Clean and nice breakfast!
great location close to the city wall and center free parking
-old, cheap basic interior and a funny smell -you can hear your neighbors talking in their rooms or calling all night -a bit of an unsafe vibe (would not go there as a women by myself)
the location was good, difficult to reach with public transport. so it is either walking or taxi
the pictures are not what it looks like. they were taken about 10 years ago. so everything is a bit more fun down, than what you expect. haven’t seen any of the wellness facilities due to covid-19
I wanted to be in that location. Breakfast Was expensive for what was pffered
Roots were small
Nice staff.
Old, nod very well kept hotel. In need for restauration. Bad decor and smell.
Excellent hotel central to many excursions (Soest itself, the direction of Lipstadt and Höxter, the Rurgebiet).
The property was a little dated but spotlessly clean
its clean and good condition
