Hotel Susato

Location is superb. Walking distance to everything. Breakfast is included and was wonderful. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Not much material is presented in English and relied on local friends to assist with language.

Very easily accessible from the highway, plenty of parking, and also sufficient EV chargers in front of the hotel. Very clean rooms.

The room we had was massive with a wet room instead of the typical shower bathroom. The beds were big and comfortable. We ate at the hotel and the food was amazing and the staff was very good.

Easy parking (and for free), spotless clean, spacious room, very good airco, strong water pressure in the shower, good breakfast, comfy bed.

Nothing not to like, everything was perfect.

Nice spacious clean room. Good choice of breakfast. Good location, close to motorway.

I spent just one night. All very tidy, nice room, bed was good, dinner was delicious, breakfast was good, easy parking (free of charge until 09.00 AM). Little walk to city center, I think a nice small town (at night everything was closed).

Clean and quite nice inside, the staff were nice too and I especially liked the fact that I could park my car in the hotel’s underground car park which was spacious and with large spaces for each car.

Having to wait on our dinner for so long, they took our order and several other peoples order too but then kept everyone else waiting for nearly an hour before getting any food, the staff said that they had a function on elsewhere in the hotel and that the chefs had to do that function first before serving everyone in the hotel’s restaurant but if I had known this in advance maybe we would have eaten earlier to avoid the function or maybe just eaten out somewhere else.

Very nice bathroom. Lovely breakfast

The beds were too soft. The rooms weren’t very cosy, nor were the bar, lounge and dining room.

Facilities, room, location and breakfast

Staff were so helpful and friendly . The food was excellent. The bar service was good

I booked a particular breakfast on the booking.com the hotel confirmed. When we arrived and the manager translated the reply for us it was about a bed. Of note if u make a special request it is confirmed I would email the staff there

stayed at this hotel before and will be staying next year clean good choice of breakfast and helpfull staff

Lovely location - very spacious.

Breakfast a little disappointing

Clean quiet room. nice use of the sauna. Good breakfast buffet.

Clean & Modern

No door on shower making it difficult to take a shower without flooding rest of bathroom. Glass door (looks like shower door) instead on entrance to bathroom, making toilet users visible (though blurred) from outside the bathroom. Direly lacks privacy.

location, facilities, staff

Breakfast was good, balcony view was great.

Wish that we would have had a longer stay to enjoy the facilities.

easy public parking or garage by a small fee, very friendly staff, comfortable bed, breakfast was ok

check-in was a bit too late (after 16:00) for us

huge room with massive windows, modern furnishings, sitting area, very clean new carpet, big comfortable bed, huge bathroom, great wet room shower, very cheap municipal outdoor parking outside the hotel - EUR 2 for 24hrs! Free parking from 18pm-8am. Breakfast plentiful and good quality although scrambled eggs were cold

lack of tea/coffee making facility in the room, but the helpful reception staff organised a hot water flask/jug so I could make my own tea

Easy reach of the old town. Good air con in the rooms & quiet. Nice food in the restaurant.

Tea & coffee making facilities would be a bonus & a fridge to keep water cold. Breakfast buffet was not kept stocked & had to ask for basic items like water & juice!

Location, parking garage, reception staff, room facilities, cleanliness and comfort.

Breakfast staff were not up to standard. There was no meet and greet, many of the tables had not been cleared and it was difficult to find a table. The staff had to be asked for coffee and other people had to ask for cutlery. No communication, no checking on satisfaction.
