Location just off the motorway good food and friendly staff

Limited car parking but i did arrive in the evening

Good location, nice room, helpful staff

Location was minutes away from the motorway and we visited the Möhnesee before. Rooms were very nice and the wet rooms functional the sun terrace pleasant for the evening. parking in under ground garage was a pleasant surprise

Wet rooms worked ok but shower made the floor wet because it wasn’t enclosed and only stairs to upper floors

We slept in and were late for breakfast. The staff were very accommodating. Travelling with my son, the twin room was exactly what we needed.

Rooms should have a kettle so you can make a cup of tea.

Hotel was in quiet area

It doesn't have air conditioner. It was to cold. There weren't any room service coffee or tea

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Good located, close to bus station. My room was looking beautiful, and also they gave me room on first floor exactly like I asked which I'm very thankful for. Highly recommend)

The staff during check in was polite but at night not so. I came back to the Hotel at 9:40pm and wanted something to drink from the hotel bar because there is no mini bar in the room. The hotel bar closes at 10 pm but I was told last order was already over and I was given directions to the next gas station 30 minute hike back and forth. Found the staff smoking outside 10 min later. Seems they just wanted to get out rather than serving guest.Next morning (Sunday) staff started to clean rooms at 8:30 which was very noisy.

The reception staff were absolutely amazing 10 out of 10 for them The size of the room was spacious

The shower had mould in the grouting The Wi-Fi only worked if sat right by reception The view was a car park over a garage which was noisy Wooden bed frame kept on hitting my leg on it

Hotel was very convenient for an overnight stop being just a couple of km off the motorway. I requested a ground floor room as I have mobility problems and this was acknowledged by a message before our stay and was provided for us when we arrived. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We paid extra for breakfast which was the usual plentiful continental breakfast of cereals, fruits, yoghurt, fresh bread/rolls, cheeses, cold meats, preserves, cake, with a choice of hot dish being scrambled or boiled eggs, juices, tea or coffee.We also had an evening meal outside on the terrace as it was a warm evening which was a pleasant. The meal was plentiful and tasty albeit a little overpriced for the venue.The staff were friendly and efficient and all in all a good overnght stay.

no staff on duty on our arrival which we were NOT pre-warned about, therefore no bar or restaurant available. We were allocated a room as far away from the hotel entrance as was possible, on the second floor with no lift. There were only a handful of other people staying on the Sunday night and we could have had a room nearer to the main door. As there were no staff on duty there was no-one to assist with our luggage. also the garage was locked so we could not put our motor bikes in a safe place

We deliberately chose the location as we were visiting in town, Moehnesee and Bad Sassendorf and the location was perfect for our needs. Thank you!

The beer!

There was only one member of staff on duty when we arrived (Christian). He was the receptionist, cook, waiter, barman and the TV specialist. Our dinner, apart from a salad, was microwaved. We were hoping for a freshly prepared dinner!
